Tony did a great job installing my generator connection and a surge protector at my home.
He was professional and friendly, he answered every question that I had and even he used his own gas to show me how my generator works (as I did not have any spare gas or LP on hand at installation time).

Antonio did a very good job reviewing his findings from the 22 point inspection and recommending services. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took care while walking around my home to not dirty the floors. He was thorough in his explanations. The estimates I received were out of my price range and I am waiting for a few more bids. Depending on the others I may or may not proceed to move forward with the services. Again, I appreciate Antonio’s time and service.

Jamieson was outstanding! He was beyond professional and clearly explained what the entire process would look like. He was very considerate wearing shoe covers in my home and cleaning up any debris that was created. He made sure I was all setup and answered all my questions before leaving. Tony was extremely professional and personable. He explained the work in detail and came up with a solution/design that worked well for me. He also built out a solution that would allow for some additional outlets in future if necessary. He also did a good Job keeping things neat and using existing outlets to create new outlets where I requested. I will definitely be calling them for all my future needs.

The company contacted me to let me know when Antonio was on his way and his ETA. He arrived within the allotted time and was very polite. He assessed the problem and gave me an estimate before he went to work. His work was very thorough and impeccable. Antonio took great pride in what he did and wanted me to be completely satisfied with the work before he left.
The cost of the work that I needed done was within the price range that I expected and that was a big plus. I would recommend Mr. Sparky for your electrical needs and I will use them again when I need electrical work done.

Garrett was great! He was professional, personable, clean and punctual. He fixed my electrical issue perfectly and gave me a clear explanation of the work being done.

Tony was an awesome electrician. He gave me a bunch of advice on stuff that I might need to check on before an inspector comes in. I'm selling my house and this was so needed and very helpful.
Tony took care of all the issues that I had and he was diligent and quick but he did
take his time to make sure everything was done properly.

Garrett, came to my house and was very professional. He walked the process of my issue and even assisted with getting the city of Garland to my home. I would definitely reach out to Mister Sparky again for any electrical problems I may have.

Garrett gets 5 stars, he was patient, thorough, explained estimate. Due to pricing we could not go with this company for the work we wanted done. We paid for the trip fee.

Jamieson was very thorough. He completed the safety inspection and checked every aspect of the property for the electrical issues we are having. He gave a very detailed estimate on what needs to be done to prevent further risks in the future. It’s all up to my landlord now to replace the breaker panels, install a new main grounding system and to replace all of the meter bases.

Tony and his team were fantastic! They were thorough, knowledgable, took the time to explain everything along the way, and fixed our wiring and electrical issues the right way without cutting corners.

Our wiring was recently (1.5 years ago) serviced by another company, but was already failing and was a fire hazard. We are very glad to have found Tony and Mister Sparky to fix the poor job done by another company.

Tony was great, very knowledgeable and gave great advice. The downside is their pricing is significantly higher than market rates. They charge a 69 dollar fee to come out so was already at a loss if I decide to go with someone else for the repair to save money. Total repair ended up being 250 dollar because one of the wires came loose in the light switch from an electrical surge we had the night before during a storm so the switch went bad and needed to be replaced. Can’t say I’d recommend based on pricing.

Edit* I understand the 69$ trip fee is normal, however it was said on the phone when I requested service that if I went forward with the repair the fee would count towards the repair. This is also a normal practice that I have seen when ordering service from other companies, but this company did not reflect this in their billing

I am very pleased with Mr. Sparky! I had power out in a part of my home that affected security and received same day service. Tony did an excellent job identifying the issues and fixing the problems immediately! He went above and beyond in explaining, fixing and even cleaning the areas at issue. I would gladly recommend Tony and Mr. Sparky. They will be my ‘go to’ company for electrical and air conditioning issues from now on. The company I usually use wasn’t available until 8 days later. At least they recommended Mr. Sparky!
