We had this company run a wire and change a breaker for our new oven at our home in Coppell. They charged us $750 and later I found out from 2 licensed companies it should have been a $450-500 job at the most. I called the company and their response was everyone has different pricing. He compared it to when you ‘buy something at Walmart it is cheaper’. I highly recommend getting a second quote. We learned from our mistake.

The owner went to my house and said he needed to run a wire and that he'll do it next saturday for x amount, to which I agree. Paid the basic fee of 69.00. Well guess what? Never showed up never called or texted. If you can't keep your word you not worth to be in business. My two cents, don't call them not even for a good morning.

Great Service! Called on a Sunday and left a voicemail and received a call a few hours later to set up an appointment. Had another electrician check the problem and was not able to find the issue. Gustavo did it and fixed the problem on the spot at a decent price. AWESOME!!

I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday 10 30 2021 at 9:00 am. Company did not show up and I called at 10:10 am and left a voice message to learn about the status of my appointment. Ten minutes later they called me back to tell me that they had an emergency call the night before and they were still waiting on the power company to complete the job. They told me that they would come to my house later but they could not provide me with a time, or could make a new appointment for another day.
I just cancelled the appointment because if they did not show up for the first time how can I trust them to show up for the second time?
Very bad service.

Electricians were a professional. They were extremely fast and made my house safer. I highly recommend them and will use them again 100%.

I want to let everyone know that in Irving Texas these are the go to guys! I will never ever use another company. This is a family owned bussiness, they are kind, they are fast, they explain everything! If i had any questions they would answer. They upgraded my breaker box that caught fire during the winter storms. It took about 3 days but that was due to Oncour, we had to wait for them to replace my meter to finish up. I will never ever go to another company again.

The service representative are courteous and accommodating. The electricians are knowledgeable and proficient with fair pricing. Our congregation is fortunate to have selected this company to provide our electrical needs.

Had no electricity, Oncor said it was my fuse box. These guys came right away (less than an hour) and determined it was the Oncor transformer. They contacted Oncor to explain so the outage could be addressed sooner. They only charged me the base fee for coming out. Thank you!!
