George with Sierra Steam was AMAZING to work with. Customer service was fantastic and best of all, he was able to get out makeup stains from my 17 year old, Daughter’s carpet. I have had many carpet cleaners over the last 11 years and he by far was the BEST! He was also able to get out stains from our big dogs. He put on shoe covers, corner protectors AND a door cover so my animals didn’t run out. Again, I can’t say enough positive about George with Sierra. Thank you again, Stephanie Butler

Sierra Steam Carpet Cleaning did a really nice job on our carpet, entry and hall rugs, and all the tile floor in the house. George Sierra came out and cleaned everything from the master closet to the dining room really conscientiously, and my wife and I think the price was very fair. We will definitely use Sierra Steam the next time we need to do a comprehensive Spring cleaning. Really nice and soft-spoken gentleman.

I found George & Sierra Carpet Cleaning online and I'm so glad I used his services. He replaced padding from a water leak, reinstalled the carpet, cleaned and made everything like new again! He's professional, honesty and extremely pleasant to deal with. He had all the professional tools and knowledge to do a great job! 10 stars for George!!

George came and cleaned our living room carpet on short notice. He did an excellent job. The carpet is old but looks so much better. We are very pleased.

I totally recommend Sierra Steam Carpet Cleaning. I had him come for my stairs, and with previous owners and their pets, the carpet was disgusting!! When he was done, it was like brand new and my Condo was smelling fantastic! Great job and great price!

Have used George for a few years now. He is punctual, professional and fair. He is a very personable gentleman and works to make sure we are pleased. He did our carpet and tile in a 2400 sq ft home for $600. It took five arduous hours. He does quality work.

Overall experience with Sierra Steam was great, George did upholestry cleaning for my sectional u-shape 3 piece for $190 & my husband thought it was a very reasonable price due to our couches being a mess lol but George made them look new again. I’m so happy with the outcome!! He was punctual, ready to get the work done I did notice he goes the extra mile and shows pride in his work. I’m very happy with the outcome, I will for sure use his services in the future and recommend him to anyone that I know. Keep doing what you’re doing George!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A COMPANY IN MY LIFE!!!!!!

Very unprofessional - Spoke with a Gina and she was decent but I called back several times, left a message and no one returned my calls. So after days later I tried again left another message explaining how I didn't feel comfortable or secure with this company anymore because no one would return any of my calls. NOT TO MENTION LIKE A FOOL I HAD ALREADY MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND HAD GIVEN THEM MY CREDIT CARD INFO. So after leaving that message I called one last time and got a Monica, the rudest most unprofessional customer service agent I've ever dealt with. She called me Ghetto Fabulous because I demanded to speak with a manager...lol She told me she was going to cancel my appt because they don't want customers like me who are overly concerned about their credit card information. Those were the craziest words I've ever heard a representative say to me. I URGE YOU TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY. After the call was over she kept texting me idiotic messages saying I needed GOD because I cursed her out. I guess she needed some sort of paper trail or in this case text trail to lie to her boss about. I don't know but I had to block the company's phone number because she would not stop texting me...

If someone from Cowboys Cleaning is reading this please hire more professional people to answer your phones because in the customer service industry - the customer is always right. You might be in business now but you won't be for much longer with those type of employees. You were going to receive a plethora of business. Oh well!
