We bought a new home and our brand new HVAC unit was installed by Tempo. I was sent an email and offered their membership program. I went ahead and signed up for it. At first everything seemed okay. However we started having issues with our unit just a couple of months after we moved in. Some rooms were hotter than others and vice versa. They came out and adjusted some things. Then as we started to get into spring and summer we had several times when the unit was just not keeping up. They came out and each time it was something different. One time it was loose wire, another it was supposedly the filter even though they had changed it. Every time we call we have to wait on hold for over 30 minutes just to speak with someone and then wait for them to call back to let us know when they can squeeze us in. Now today as this week has been in the upper 90's the unit is not keeping up again and we are waiting yet again for someone to just call back to let us know when someone will call back. I would think if I have a warranty and I pay a monthly membership I could get better service than this! All they can do is send an email to a supervisor. I am beyond frustrated right now!

Adam arrived from Tempo Air today to do our AC unit inspection. He arrived right on time and was extremely courteous and professional and friendly. He spent time explaining things to me and did a very thorough job cleaning and inspecting my units. Thank you Adam.

MYSTERY SOLVED! Tempo Air: Juan Rocha & his helper Eduardo Rocha arrived to the mysterious whistling and loud fan that we were struggling with in our heat/air system for 8 months. Our place sounded like a jet engine it was so loud. Other techs had wrestled with it and failed but not Juan. He got the hi fan & whistling to stop. Yay.
Juan & Eduardo make a great team & represent Tempo Air like the professionals they are. High recommendation.

They will not Honor manufacturer warranty. They didn't call back after telling me they would research the warranty on my heat pump compressor. I called Carrier and after providing the rep all my unit info it is of course under warranty (only 2 yrs old) No service after the sale. Find another company.

Tempo Air is the only HVAC service I will ever use. Randy has given us the best service and is the kindest man. My dad recently passed, and as a 22 year old who has no clue how to manage a house, Tempo Air has taught me a lot. My thermostat would be set at 65 but read at 80. My blower motor stopped working and the unit was completely frozen (unknowingly I walked past this frozen unit for 4 months and thought that the “white thing” was just glue, not ice. I honestly had no clue that that was a thing that happened). Randy found out the issue, gave us a great quote and options that he recommended. He turned off the system and got rid of the water from the pan to stop any potential leaks that could happen from the system defrosting. The next day he came back to make sure that everything was okay and emptied the water again. After that I was set on using Tempo Air. I called to order the part and joined the subscription service they offer on Friday afternoon and by Monday afternoon Randy replaced the part and fixed the cooling unit. He has been so helpful and clearly explained all the options that Tempo Air offers. I am very thankful for Randy and Tempo Air for helping me and the wonderful service I was provided.
