Mohammad came today and done our fall service. He was awesome. He came back after he had left and let us now that the bulb and our air scrubber needed to ne replace. He ordered it and will ne back on Tuesday to install new bulb. Awesome job!!

I would not recommend Tempo Air. It took them 6 months to fix my AC unit, and the issue was something simple—a leaking air duct. I repeatedly told them that my downstairs was not heating or cooling properly, but it took multiple visits and far too long for them to finally resolve it. The process was slow, frustrating, and very inconvenient. I would not trust them for timely or reliable service.

Deon was very thorough when doing my cooling tuneup. He had to unclog the drain line and I am thankful that he caught that clog!

I just want to give a shout out to technician Joe L. at Tempo Air for doing a great job in helping me to replace my old thermostat and rewire the system for a new Smart thermostat. Joe clearly knows his business, was professional, and tested everything before leaving. He also left his number just in case the company that was putting in the Smart thermostat had questions. Great job Joe!!

Deon Council who did my HVAC testing and routine maintenance was extremely professional and friendly. He took time and explained things to be easily understood and gave us a lot of affordable options to think about.

Randy does a great job! Highly recommend him! He is very thorough and takes his time and makes you feel comfortable with the work completed!

Randy, the Service Technician, did a great job of servicing my HVAC system. And he replaced a part that needed replacement. He was thorough, efficient and took the time to explain what he did. I was very impressed with his technical and communication skills.

Our HVAC tech Humberto Plascencia was amazing! He was fast and efficient and explained everything to me. Didnt try and overcharge for anything...just honest Thankful that he changed my filer for me as well!

Jay and Jacob did a fantastic job replacing my water heater! They were very kind and explained what was going on throughout the process. Thank y’all!

Requesting installation date & invoice documentation for manufacturing warranty claim (refrigerant leak, mfg limited warranty). Initially, I was told to have builder contact them...even thought I am the home owner. After organizing a 3-way conference call, Tempo HVAC promised to send me information the day of. Of course, I did not receive any documentation of service as requested. Had to call several times, only to be redirected to the registration/warranty department...called that specific department following their automated routing :)
Customer service can be better.

Update:
After 3 days of constant calls with several departments, I was able to reach Service Department Manager. They were willing to conduct 3-way conference call & able to provided proof of original installation & service.

Tempo sent Randy Newkirk to perform regular maintenance on my AC and heating system and he did a fantastic job and was very friendly and helpful!!! I highly recommend him for your system maintenance service if you’re looking for a great service technician. Thanks Randy!

Devin & Fernando arrived at about 10:00 am
& didn't leave until about 5:30 pm. They worked non stop the whole time. They were meticulous in making sure everything went together correctly, & kept me informed of their progress. I will definitely ask for them
again when I have future plumbing issues

Randy did a great job, helped clean the drain line. He was clean and thorough in his work and explained to me the issue patiently. Great customer service!

Coy was my technician today and walked me through all of the maintenance items he reviewed and adjustments completd. He is very knowledgeable and walked me through all of my options. Tempo has been great to work with to keep my system running smoothly.

Coy Watts was the gentleman that came out to do the repair on my system and he was great! Tempo has been out many times to work on our system, but he is by far my favorite technician and I’d like to request that he be sent out for any future issues.

Randy N. was absolutely great! He was patient and thorough in his diagnosis. A great communicator and explained all the details clearly. Possesses a lot of expertise. A+ tech.

We have been really impressed with Tempo Air. We called his morning because our heat stopped working during the night. Coy came out the same day in the icy freezing cold weather and stayed hours helping us resolve our issue.

Randy Newkirk came out to do our HVAC maintenance and he so punctual, knowledgeable, kind! Really appreciate how well he was able to explain things to me and just his kindness demeanor overall. Highly recommend Tempo and Randy!

I have Tempo as my HVAC Contractor. Mohammad Ekhtiay was out this morning to do my bi-annual maintenance. Very professional, courteous and kind. Mohammad discussed with me what he had performed on my HVAC and showed me pictures. Amazing service. Very fast, fixed our problem, and provided information they didn’t necessarily have to in order to help our unit run better in our area. Jorge was amazing and came to fix the issue by the end of the day. Dispatch was so helpful as well and were sympathetic to the fact that we had a 5 day old newborn in the house! Overall, very happy with the service. Thanks guys!
