These guys are amazing! We live in a rental and our heat hasn't worked in 3 years. We were told the whole unit need to be replaced. We thought it was a lost cause for anyone to even look at it but their tech Carlos came out and worked on it and we now have heat. Would highly recommend. Was punctual and very professional.

Claimed they knocked on my door when I was on that floor waiting for them to whole time, clearly didn’t want to do the last stop of their day. Wouldn’t answer my calls after the fact and no where to leave a voice mail, if you count on them to cool your house you will go to go to bed sweating 😂

Their technician came out and did some routine maintenance and inspections for the heating system. Super polite and very efficient

My unit was making some weird noise outside and having issues starting up. I gave Express Mechanical a call and they were over the very next day and took care of the issue. The team recently came out to my home on to evaluate airflow concerns following a propane heat conversion they completed previously. From scheduling to follow-up, the entire experience was professional, punctual, and thorough.

They didn’t rush the visit and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before leaving. Benchmark did ONE thing right then screwed up with later "service". They lied to me and tried to charge for service they said I wouldn't need.

I had 3 different A/C repair company's come to my home to repair an intermittent problem and all 3 could not find the problem. The two technicians from Benchmark found the problem in 15 minutes and had it repaired before an hour had gone by. They were very polite and professional and the price was fair and reasonable. I have use Benchmark Service for over 5 years. Jack Schmidt was the first person to accurately diagnose and address my AC/ducting/insulation issues. He also assisted in a central air purifying system. He has always been punctual, accurate, ethical and reasonably priced. He has a strong knowledge of HVAC including the newer systems such as the ductless units. I most recently sought his services for maintenance on the existing units as well as issues relating to an addition to my home.

I would strongly recommend Benchmark to anyone needing HVAC and air purifying systems.

Benchmark is the best. I had 6 ductless ACs put in my house. They are so energy efficient and work perfectly. Very happy. I would highly recommend Benchmark. Jacks customer service is outstanding.

I reached out to Tony, who is a plumber I used in the past. He is now working for Benchmark, so right off the bat, I had full trust in them. Luke came out and inspected my AC and said I needed a new one. He went into the attic and pointed out why it died. The ductwork installed by the builder was not up to his standards, so he put in a request for a new AC and ductwork. Luke was very knowledgeable and I respected and appreciated his transparency and diagnosis.

After giving me the quote, Luke set me up with a zero percent financing payment plan for 18 months. That was very helpful as this is a pretty big ticket project. I say that, but compared to other prices I’ve been given, this was the most economical.

Four days later, Ryan and Michael came in to install the new AC and ductwork. These guys were kind and cleaned up everything along the way. Ryan was very responsive to my questions and told me what he was doing during the process. It was raining the whole day, so they made sure they wore shoe coverings not to track mud in my house.

Both he and Michael were very respectful and professional. They were all very knowledgeable and they did a fantastic job.

Oh... and the AC is so quiet and the temperature in my house decreased a couple of degrees within minutes of turning it on. Ryan was going back and forth to adjust the output to his satisfaction and they didn’t leave until it met his approval.

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC services. 5 stars and two thumbs up.

Jack was able to move my hvac unit into my attic and free up space downstairs. While he was at it he also installed a new tankless water heater. I am so happy each day when I have endless hot water and each month when my electric bill comes and is at least $200 less than I was paying! Thank you Benchmark!
