Great experience. The tech was very efficient, professional and polite. He wore a mask and shoe covers. Explained the process of installing the water heater, how to use it and service it in the future. He checked the faucets in the kitchen to make sure there was no calcium deposit from after the new heater was installed. I am impressed. 5 stars.

Our AC went out right before the first hot week of the year. We had just bought our home and had basically no knowledge of anything about our AC unit. Unfortunately it was a part that broke that was difficult to find, but they came out three days in a row trying to get the problem solved for us.
