Great customer service and very helpful. They definitely went above and beyond for us. Our A/C went out on one of the hottest days of the year and I couldn't be with out it do to having my elderly parents living with us. I called probally 10 places before calling them. No one could come until the next day or the following week.They were the only place that I called that could come out that same day. I know this don't happen all the time but I'm sure glad that it did. Thanks again and I will be using them again.

Our AC went out last night. We called Ken Murray's A/C and they were here first thing in the morning. Pricing more than fair as was the response time. We definitely recommend Ken Murray's AC!

Great service and price on a new Lennox A/C unit. Highly recommend! Their technicians were very knowledgeable, courteous, and cleaned/hauled all old parts and trash. Always good to find a contactor you can trust!

They were quick to respond to our request for assistance. They came out to check the issue on a Saturday and were able to fully repair the issue on Monday and installed a new smart thermostat as well. Their rates were very fair and affordable. The technicians were extremely friendly and easy to understand.

It's after hours on a Friday night. The house is as hot inside as the Texas summer heat outside. Who ya gonna call ?!?! Ken Murray!!
In desperation I called Ken Murray hoping to get an emergency call number; instead Ken answered the phone. He sent service to my home Friday night after hours. The Tech was able to temporarily fix the problem to get us through the night, until Saturday morning at which time it was permanently repaired. THANK YOU KEN MURRAY!!

I highly reccomend this company. I had them replace the Air, and heating system in my elderly, mother’s house. They were quick to respond, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. As the gas furnace, and air system, were over 40 years old, this was not an easy job. Alex went out of his way to ensure everything was done right. I am very impressed with everyone I talked to. I will not be using anyone else from now on.

Nothing but good things to say about Ken Murray. We needed a new AC at the end of a hot May. I called Ken on a Monday and new unit was installed and going on Thursday. Good price, good service and professional installers. Highest recommendation.

Kenny Murray to the rescue again!!! We are leaving town tomorrow and OF COURSE our system decides to act up. I called Kenny and he talked me through some preliminary steps to take over the phone on Saturday night and then came out first thing Sunday to get everything back to proper working order. I LOVE these guys!! They are the best!! Highly recommend giving Kenny and his crew a call!!!

I can not say enough about Ken Murray's Air Conditioning and Heating's professionalism, integrity, and promptness especially Alex Mendrano the technician that installed a new unit for us. Our existing unit died on us and were needing to get it replaced. Thanks to Alex we walk into a nice, cool house of 75 degrees even though it is a 100 degrees outside. Where as our old AC unit while it was working never went below 80 degrees on a hot day and ran all day. Alex is the kindest person and has true intentions on getting you the best unit for your house and will go above and beyond to make sure the AC unit will be as effective as possible. Alex after the job was done came back later during the week to make sure everything was going well and gave us pointers on how we can make our house even cooler. We could have not been more blessed to have Ken Murray's Air Conditioning come to handle our heating and cooling needs. To say the least we are so happy with the more than fair price and effectiveness of the unit. Thank you to Ken Murray and especially Alex for your professionalism and honesty.

We have been customers for seven years since moving to the Irving area. We contacted them after we moved into our home since one of our air conditioners died that day. They did a great job with that replacement and have provided excellent service since then. They are always honest and thorough in describing the service they've done.

Very polite when answering the phone, she listened to my concerns, scheduled time promptly when able come out and evaluate. Owner called to inform when technician would be arriving. Technician arrived and listened, tested and determined cause of concern. Technician gave recommendation and quote for repairs. A very reasonable price for new outside unit. Work was performed in a professional manner. Looks extremely clean and neat.

I purchased an A/C unit, and a gas furnace. This was a painless process, Kenny spent time explaining options, and prices, and within a matter of a couple of days a very capable, crew did the work. Kenny showed up to make sure all was done correctly, and spent a lot of time figuring out the best place to install the A/C unit. The price was fair, and by the time they left all was picked up, and in place. Would recommend without reservations.

We were recommended this company by Todd Freeman, the plumber. He has always recommended great people to us and this company was no exception! Kenny was very knowledgeable and helped fix the leak we had. We thought it was going to be a major problem but luckily it wasn't too bad. Definitely will be going with these guys in the future for all our AC needs. Much better than Coppell Heating and Air.

After researching AC units and receiving estimates from 5 different companies, we chose Ken Murray's to install two new units in our home and we were happy from the beginning to end of installation. I have used Ken Murray's Air Conditioning and Heating for years. I have always had amazing service and won't use anyone else. Recently, both of my units went out and it was one of the coldest nights we have had. Melissa walked me through several different steps to try to resolve the problem over the phone. When that didn't work, Alex stayed late to come help me. Within an hour, they had both units running. He explained exactly what was wrong and how to avoid future problems. I have had several calls in the days after, just to make sure everything was still working great! They are a family owned business and I definitely feel part of their family by the way they consistently treat me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Highly recommend Ken Murray’s AC! Just had them install an AC unit and it’s fantastic. I made several calls to other companies and obtained multiple quotes for the job we needed.
