Jason was great and fast. Unfortunately, it was better for us to buy a new washer rather than throw money at our old busted one. He even promised to refund the partial payment we made to fix it and charged only for the original diagnostic visit. He had to come twice in a week!

Our technician showed up during the time frame provided by Longhorn, which honestly is my biggest pet peeve with repair companies. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to do the repair that day. The repair cost was reasonable. We would definitely call him again. He was very courteous

Greg was very knowledgeable and helpful with my 10+ year-old stove, quickly sourcing parts and completing the repairs efficiently. He also offered assistance with my washer and dryer. Longhorn made the entire process easy and stress free. I highly recommend their service for any appliance repairs.

Greg did a great job explaining what the problems were and my cost options. His English is alittle weak but that will develop over time and with contact with English speaking people and watching TV during his down time. I will be recommending your services gping forward.

Jose was very professional. When he first came out to asses the refrigerator, he explained what he was doing and what he found. He then explain the next steps if we wanted to repair the refrigerator. When he came back out to repair the refrigerator, he again was very professional. He explained what needed to be done; he performed the work; cleaned up all the work area; and explained what we should do before reloading the refrigerator. I was very impressed with Jose work. I will use Longhorn Services again when needed

Called about my refridgerator that stopped cooling. They were the ones that could get to me the quickest. Reasonable pricing and the technician (Joseph) was GREAT! Explained to me what he needed to do, why and how long it would take. Supurb ongoing communication!! Will keep them in mind for future issues.

Great service! Fabian was on time. He was able to diagnose the issue with our refrigerator quickly. He went over the repair estimate in detail and answered all of our questions. When the needed part came in, he called and scheduled the repair appointment. He was very helpful and friendly, and got our refrigerator working again. Thanks Fabian!

We did have some issues with getting parts delivered and installed timely from time of quote.

Thank you for assisting us. We were getting tired of hauling ice around especially when one could locate it. Some stores were out. The frig is working good as new.

Jason from Longhorn Services was excellent. He quickly diagnosed the issue we were having with our commercial ice machine. I wished we had called Longhorn first as we had another company come out tell us it was something else and left with the machine still not working. We paid a pretty penny for that misdiagnosis. Jason was very knowledgeable professional and communicated well. The machine is now fixed and working like a charm.

These people were a godsend. They were able to set up an appointment late at night for the very next day and even showed up early to fix my dryer saving me $600+. Fabian explained everything to me in great detail leaving zero concerns. Very professional and super quick I would highly recommend them to ANYONE who has an appliance issue.

Technician Joseph W did an amazing job fixing our washer. He made everything as stress free as possible. He was very knowledgeable and patiently explained exactly what was wrong with our appliance. His attention to detail is unmatched, he noticed our drain pipe was not anchored. He gladly affixed it to our water line to prevent a future leak and disaster. 10/10 friendly, quick and quality service.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with Longhorn Services was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. My mistake I checked google reviews , should have checked Better Business Bureau they are down in dumps.

My walk-in freezer wasn’t holding temperature, so I called Longhorn because their technician had worked on it before. On November 12, the technician diagnosed the issue as a bad fan thermostat and quoted me $1,260 after a discount. I approved it and paid a $600 deposit. They said they’d return on November 14 to install the part.

Friday came and went with **no communication**. Later I got a text saying the appointment was moved to Monday. When I called for clarification, I got excuses, promises of a callback, and then complete silence. My calls were ignored. Since my product was at risk, I left a message canceling the job.

Suddenly, early the next morning (Nov 15), they called to come out the same day. They installed the part, but the freezer still wasn’t cooling beyond +5°F (it was +3°F before they started). They assured me it would improve, and I paid the remaining balance—**a total of $1,260**. Over the weekend, the temperatures continued bouncing between +5°F and +16°F. Clearly, the diagnosis was wrong and the part was unnecessary.

When I contacted them again, the technician came back and told me the unit was “too old” and not repairable. If that was truly the case, **why did they charge me $1,260 and replace a part that didn’t fix anything?**

I then called a local refrigeration company. Their technician actually spent time diagnosing the issue and found the real problem: a bad low-pressure switch. After replacing it, the freezer immediately returned to -4°F and has been working perfectly ever since.

Based on my experience, Longhorn Services performed **guesswork, not diagnostics**, installed an unnecessary part, showed **poor communication**, ignored my calls, and charged me for work that didn’t fix the problem.

I cannot recommend this company. They cost me time, money, and a lot of stress. There are more professional and competent refrigeration companies out there—use one of them instead.

Jason was amazing! Nice guy with immense knowledge about and experience with so many appliances. He wasn’t able to repair our dryer but I believe he did the best he could given how old our appliances are.

We were pleased to have him service our dishwasher and he was in and out in 30 minutes! And we only knew our dishwasher was leaking due to the awesome tip he gave us. Well done again!

EDITING REVIEW:
After use of my washing machine and the original issue RETURNING, I contacted Longhorn Service Repair within one week of the job being completed to let them know. They said they would "have a supervisor call me back" but no follow up. As it stands, I"m still waiting to make sure my washer was correctly balanced after repair. Not currently complete/satisfied at this time.

INITIAL SERVICE/ISSUE: Washer would regularly come off balance. SCOPE OF WORK: Replace shocks.

Review of Technician/ INITIAL SERVICE: Easy to book service and communication about my appointment was smooth, able to do it all via text. Greg, my technician was on time and very quick both with the diagnostic and then the follow up repair appointment. Very thoughtful- gave my son a Longhorn stuffed animal which was a special touch.

Th technician was very kind and knowledgeable about our ice machine. He explained the issue and recommended the next steps. He resolved our problem in a very timely fashion. This company came out to look at my refrigerator. They charged me over $1000 for repairs that did not fix my issues. Additionally, they did not even do what they said they were going to do. They stated that they would fix the alignment of my doors which they left completely unaligned. They stated that they would fix the refrigeration and my refrigerator still is warm at over 50° and after charging me, they will not return my calls. do not use this company.

Best HVAC company! My AC wasn't working in the middle of summer and Jun easily fixed the issue. I haven't had an AC problem since then. Great service and super professional.
