Joey came out and assessed the need to have the HVAC replaced at my mother’s house as it was old and seriously outdated. Joey was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The installation went perfect, there were no “hidden charges” and everything is back up and running better than ever.
I am grateful to Joey as he really did a fantastic job for a great price. I would definitely use him again for all my HVAC needs!

For all our HVAC and Appliance service and repair we switched from Big name Company to American ServPro more than a year ago. We have restaurants, investment properties and other establishments. I regret wasting my money and time with other companies, Joe(Owner) is always available to take call and prompt in taking care of the repair. Joe is very professional, punctual and his estimates are very reasonable, I highly recommend American ServPro for any HVAC and Appliance issue.

I attempted to schedule a washer repair. The AI assistant that attempted to book me made no sense, asked me for information I had already provided, and then at the end of all of it, an associate called an hour later and said “Sorry, AI messed up, that slot isn’t available.”

Don’t book here if you want reliable scheduling.

I called because my washer machine was having problems draining. Joseph W. Came and fixed the problem. My filter was clogged. He was very helpful and great at answering all of my questions.

Came out same day I called and technician was very professional and explained all repairs, experienced knowledge. Highly recommend, Joseph repaired our refrigerator as soon as parts were delivered. One day for parts, which is impressive for appliance repair in my experience.

We had no issues with the installation of the new compressor. Although it did take time to get this repair completed, I believe the primary reason was that it was for a warranted part and the delay was on LG's end.

I scheduled Longhorn to investigate a stand alone ice maker that was working but making loud noises. After three separate visits and nearly a thousand dollars, the ice maker no longer makes ice. I sense no urgency from Longhorn to resolve the issue and all communication has been via the tech. Hiring Longhorn made my situation worse than doing nothing at all.

Jason did an exceptional job ordering the right part for my washer, installing, then thoroughly cleaned my washer and dryer. Jason provided timely updates throughout the entire process. He was flexible with scheduling, personable and professional. Jason gave me a degreaser for the washer and recommended a brush to keep my dryer vent clean. I'm one happy customer and will call Longhorn Services whenever repairs are needed. And of course, ask for Jason! I will highly recommend to family and friends.

Old dryer stopped working, Martin from Longhorn came out and fixed it in about an hour. Martin was very courteous and professional, I will definitely use Longhorn again.

Longhorn services were prompt in getting back to me and scheduling my repair. My technician, Heather, was knowledgable and solved my problem right away. She provided an interim solution while waiting for the replacement part. The cost was fair and there is even a warranty on the replacement part. I recommend using their services when you have need.

Heather, The technician did a wonderful job. She took care and pride in her work and was able to repair my Samsung freezer. I would like to add that communication with the dispatch was tedious at times however I left a five star review because of the work Heather did.
