The home warranty company had sent three different companies to fix our Jennair fridge. Each time, it would work for a few weeks and then die again. Finally I looked up a company that specialized in Jennair appliances and Longhorn came up. Joseph quickly identified the problem, showed me all the incorrect fixes from the previous companies and we now have a fridge that works well again. Thank you so much!

Heather is very knowledgeable about oven equipment I appreciate her trouble shooting method and diagnosis of the situation with both of my commercial convection oven thermostats. I am looking forward to the repairs being made in a very timely manner so I can cook the foods for our next event in 2 days, and share another positive review for her repair knowledge and techniques and completing the repairs with urgency. Had some issues receiving the part needed to repair my dryer (also scheduled during the week of thanksgiving so that could’ve factored in) but other than that Joseph W worked very efficiently and replaced the whole heating element in under an hour.

Fabian came to fix my refrigerator and replace the fan motor. He was able to get the job done on time. He answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend for any appliance repairs.

Technician was on time, quickly resolved our problem. He was polite and I would recommend this company. It was a little more expensive than I expected but I know nothing about appliance repair. Highly recommend !

I called at 9 this morning and Jose was at my door at noon. He did a great job cleaning my ice maker and was extremely professional.

The technician was polite, and explained the issue well, but the company didn’t tell me beforehand there was a service fee minimum. All they said was (and I am quoting From a text message)
“They’ll diagnose the issue first and go over repair options before starting any work. If you move forward with the repair, we waive the diagnostic fee ($99 plus tax), so it’s basically free 👍. Let us know if this works” The technician did the work without telling me. And no where does it say there’s a minimum. I’m livid. Absolutely will not use this service again.

I saw other reviews that were similar. I am still waiting on my dishwasher to get fixed as well. On the first visit, nothing was done as others have posted. No comments were made besides that the technician could not communicate very well and didn't know English. Sounds like you are stating your incompetence is racism when you don't even know the details of the problem. I cancelled the appointment myself by the way. Stop lying about the incident as I paid the fee. Now I should've asked for a refund hindsight with that kind of reply to another minority.

Fabian was on time, efficient and was able to diagnose our ice machine’s problem quickly. He fixed it and was done in 30 minutes. I appreciated how knowledgeable he was in diagnosing and fixing the problem!

Unfortunately, sent a technician out who just started working on the leaks that I had issues with but did not run me through the pricing and didn't get a quote spent about 4 hours "fixing" a clog but the leak is not fixed and charged nearly $1,000 save your money and time left them a message will keep updating in the future. (UPDATE) Been over a few weeks and still have leaks occuring but the company still charged $1000 when nothing was fixed

Bobby and his assistant are very knowledgeable and nice. They had to come several times until they had the correct replacement parts (2 parts) for the oven.
Oven is working well now!

The Tech was very thorough and did a great job. Thank you for a timely appointment. At 82 and 83, we do need our washer and dryer here in the home. Going out to do the laundry is difficult at best.We just physically can not do it. Again, thank you.

Greg was awesome. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly and explained what was needed. They were able to repair my machine in 1 week over Thanksgiving. GREAT GREAT service!!

Jose was awesome he kept me informed and worked diligently to ensure my repair was completed. Even thought he needed to go back to the warehouse and pickup an incorrect item the job was completed the same day.

Jason did a great job, came in knew exactly what needed to be done and got it taken care of. What would have taken me 5 hours to figure out he determined in 5 minutes. While the price was very high for a “minimum charge”, you pay for the knowledge of the person repairing, not the time it takes for them to repair it.

Our top burner on our Westinghouse double oven went out due to a wire that burned through and no longer provided power to the burner. The wire was behind the oven, meaning that the entire double oven needed to be pulled out before it the wire could be fixed. Greg came in with a raisable platform to pull out the entire double oven out safely in order to work on it. Greg was able to get with wire fixed, connect it back to the burner, test the burner and put everything back. Greg was efficient and a great worker! I would hire you guys again if the need arises.

Jason was outstanding in his installation & consultation concerning our new microwave installation. Would definitely request his services again and recommend him to others.

Greg was a very hard worker and did a great job with our older appliances. They are working better than they have in 20 years. He was very nice and very diligent. He seemed to care that the job was done well.
