Pepper Air Conditioning was there when we needed them. It was literally raining, snowing, sleeting and nearly helling that day. They drove out to our home, assessed the problem, drove and got the parts and fixed our heater within a tume of less than 2 hours They did an awesome job and we would definitely use them again.

I’ve been a customer of Pepper A/C for years now and I’ve never been disappointed in their work. Most recently, I had my unit maintenance done by AC tech, John, and he did a terrific job. He was courteous, polite, and very knowledgeable about the job at hand. He provided good detail on the problem and what steps he took to resolve it. I couldn’t be more pleased with the job he did. I highly recommend Pepper AC as it doesn’t get much better than the service they provide.

My A/C went down, called Pepper A/C. Within 15 minutes Zane was on site, diagnosed the capacitor was dead, had the Part on his truck, and we were up and cooling within an hour and a half.

I could not recommend pepper AC to anyone. Their charge to hook up gauges to unit was $100, other companies did not charge for this service. It was covered in the service call. The $1,300 charge for the service rendered are out of line with other companies I have used.

Their Technician Zane came over within hours of our call. He had our AC problems diagnosed and working again before he left!

Zane did a great job diagnosing the problem and getting us fixed up! He was very polite and professional and explained things in detail really well. Patrick is always so knowledgeable and a great. I called and left a message a little after 7am the day after a holiday, they returned my call in about 30 minutes and the tech was at my house in another 15 minutes. Zane and his helper were very friendly and took time to show and explain what was wrong. They were able to quickly fix it and make sure nothing else was wrong. I highly recommend using a local business like Pepper.

My house was built in 2012. I bought it in 2015. I don't remember the exact date when we hired their service, probably about 10 years ago. The service is always excellent, and our A/C unit is still in good condition under their service. I recommend 100%.

I was very happy with the service from Pepper AC/Heating. Their tech was at my house less than 1 hours. Was very pleased with young gentleman.

Bought a new unit after ours blew. Exceptionally professional and kind, informative without feeling like you’re being upsold. Great quote for a new unit with lots of options, short wait for the parts to come in and a painless install day. Excited to have them come by for maintenance and upkeep and not worry about AC anymore. Lovely people!

At this point I'm very disappointed with the outcome of the service. Pepper AC was contracted by my home warranty to come and address the problem I am having with my AC unit that is only 2 years old. The young man came, poured some bleach and water down my drain line, said there was no concern for water to be building up and overflowing from the drip pan. He replaced my filter which I paid out of pocket for, changed the humidity level to 44, he said it should be set at between 40 - 50. He also told me it seemed the unit was freezing up and when that happens air is just circulating but not cooling. House felt fine when he left. The next day same thing is happening again with humidity levels being between 75 -90%, not good! I did contact them and they are sending a technician out again tomorrow, hopefully this time they can detect the problem. I will do a followup review once that happens.

I understand getting paid a little extra for having to come out on a Saturday, but the amount of money this place charges is criminal! I’m thinking that under the $200 dollars service call that any poking around to find the problem would be covered under that. Nope! $150 to come out on a Saturday, $150 to hook up gauges to my A/C unit, plus administer some dye they need to, and then $75 per pound of Freon! And that might not have even be the problem. The tech said it could cost anywhere from $800 to $1,000! I have an A/C man that has worked on my unit for years and has never charged me that kind of money. The only reason I called Pepper Air was because my A/C guy was out of town. Lesson learned!!! Don’t use these people! It’s all about the money for them!

I highly recommend Pepper AC and Heat! We had family in for Easter weekend and noticed our house was not cooling properly. After reaching out to my neighbor for any local recommendations, he shared contact info for Pepper stating how pleased he was, with them, for an emergency repair. I’m so glad we called. Within two hours of our initial call, Adam showed up. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain what he believed the issue was, made recommendations and had our unit fixed. Ultimately it may require additional preventative work to make sure the issue does not repeat, however his prompt service made for a comfortable weekend with family. Thank you to Pepper and Adam for making our holiday weekend with family a success. If you’re searching for an honest, professional, locally owned AC/Heat company don’t hesitate to give them a call.
