Excellent service and workmanship. I used Bart's to replace two very old units, and Keith (my technician) has diligently worked with me to make sure every room is getting good airflow and we are comfortable. Everything was explained to me so that I understood exactly what my options were and what I was getting. I really appreciate the great communication for appointments and notification when a technician is on the way. The office staff is very kind and helpful too. I was so happy with their service, we are now using Bart's for HVAC services for clients at work (a roofing & contracting company)--our customers have appreciated the prompt, reliable team at Bart's as well!

Excellent service! Robert diagnosed the problem, and went above and beyond to get the parts ASAP so I woukdn't be without a/c any longer than necessary! Robert has great communication skills, is knowledgable about a/c, and provides outstanding customer service!

Jack was on time, courteous and professional. He inspected all the units throughly and advised on a possible solution.

The installers arrived promptly at you, were not friendly. Evaluted the job and went to work. One removed the old outside unit and prepped for the new one. Both worked in the attic to install that part of the system. When done cleaned up both areas. Explained a few thing and left. So far very pleased, but QC person still needs to come and tweak the system. Thanks

Santiago did a thorough and timely maintenance our hvac heater. Explained what a why he was doing clearly and fielded any questions.

I worked with Christina and Fred for my A/C issue, and they both were phenomenal! Fred was the tech, and he was extremely thorough and diligent. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it so that I was aware of the process. I've had two previous HVAC companies come to my home and attempt to diagnose my issue, but they failed to provide the same level of service. I highly recommend.
