Jack Murphey with Christmas Air & Plumbing did a great job with my annual furnace inspection today. This team always does a great job with explaining issues or potential issues, as well as documenting with pictures and videos to facilitate our post-service discussions! David Saunders did a great job repairing a broken pipe at my home this afternoon. He showed up on time, explain the job thoroughly, and did the job quickly and neatly. I would highly recommend using Christmas Plumbing and asking for David. 👍

We had a pipe break on our water meter from the freeze. Our tech Daniel spent an entire day working to get the water turned back on to the house. We are incredibly grateful for his patience.

Our heater wouldn’t come on during this crazy cold spell, and Dylan came right out and determined the issue and had us up and running in no time. I have been using them for a few years now and they are fantastic people to work with.

David Saunders and his team did an excellent job! They came out during the ice/snow storm we recently had and discover a faulty service line in the yard. They had the repair completed in 24 hours!

David was asked to do a plumbing inspection and make suggestions for water treatment solutions. David checked EVERY faucet, toilet, outside spigot, and both water heaters for operation and leaks and made repair recommendations. He was courteous, professional, and expeditious but thorough. He did not waste my time or his time. Glad to have him for our plumbing issues.

Dylan was simply fantastic! On time! Simple explanations inscribing what was going on and with the solution was. Best part is The company had the needed part in stock and he’s going to work us in later on his shift to get us up and going again!

I initially called Christmas Air & Plumbing to have my tankless water heater descaled (which is recommended annually). From the start, the communication was excellent. I received a photo of my technician, David M, along with an estimated time of arrival and a real time tracking link so I could see exactly where he was. That level of transparency really was helpful!

David arrived on time, was professional and friendly, and came fully prepared to get the job done. While he was there, I asked if he could take a look at my slow-draining bathroom sink… something I had tried fixing myself multiple times with no success. He quickly cleared it, and it’s finally draining properly again.

I also mentioned a small pinhole leak from a previous plumbing job done by another company. David repaired the leak at the shower manifold and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. I double-checked afterward, and the leak is completely gone. (See photos)
