We’ve been doing business with Pepper for 35 years. They have always done a great job for us.

Zane was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Everything was handled smoothly and with care. He took the time to explain my options and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way.

What really stood out was their responsiveness. When my A/C failed on a Saturday, they returned my call promptly and had a technician out the same day. They diagnosed the problem quickly and even sent pictures of the damaged part along with a clear explanation of what needed to be fixed.

Unfortunately, the necessary part wasn’t available for same-day repair, which was a bit of a letdown. However, they went above and beyond by providing a portable A/C unit so I could keep at least one room cool until the full repair was complete. .

Our technician was really nice but, the person at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. It’s also double the cost of the same service at a couple of other companies. We had to go with them for our warranty (I know warranties are a scam anyway) I really regret not going with someone else.

Called them because of the 5-stars and wasn’t disappointed!!
They came out within 6 hours of me calling. Other companies said they didn’t work on mini splits. But they were happy to tackle it. Zane is a super respectful young man. The price was very reasonable. My favorite part: he didn’t try to upsell me on frivolous things like a lot of mechanics and contractors I’ve had experience with. Thank you guys for taking such good care of us! I highly recommend.

Being extremely hot outside and just like clockwork, AC decided to call it quits. Pepper was very quick they found two problems and yes, it was expensive to repair. Overall this is a reliable company, extremely professional, local, family owned and I would confidently recommend them to anyone.

Great company!! Did everything they could to help me and went above and beyond. I called them late evening. New compressor was needed and had to be picked up next morning from vendor. They handled all the warranty calls and paper work. Had me back up and running less than 24 hours. Highly recommended!! Local and family owned. True to their word. You won’t find better. Pepper A/C & Heating installed and has maintained our system for 3 years. We have never had a single issue with the system. Pepper also replaced an older system at a different location, we never had an issue with that system either. Scheduling an appointment is simple and their notification process always lets the customer know when to expect their arrival. Highly recommend for new systems or maintaining your existing system!

This was the second service visit we’ve had with Bart’s, this time for a Fall service check. They did not disappoint. Following an advance notice to advise me, the technician showed up early. He was very thorough and took time to answer and explain any questions I had. There was an issue found with a furnace . He arranged for a technician with more experience with this issue to come out later in the day. That occurred just as planned and the issue was resolved. Completely happy with the service we’ve received from Bart’s. We’ll continue to use this company and recommend them. Great job!

Had A/C issues and they were able to come out same day and fix the issue. Pricing was a little higher than our usual guy, but not so much that we were willing to wait a couple days more.

Absolutely the best customer experience we've had in a long time. Service quality was terrific. Our assigned Tech, Keith P., was very professional and knew right away what the solution was to our A/C issue.
