I couldn't be happier with this builder, the best proof is that I first hired them to build my swimming pool, and then I asked them to build an outdoor kitchen and a bathroom, then I added synthetic turf for the entire backyard, and I'm sure I will continue to hire them, that's how satisfied I am with them.

They built my outdoor grill including turf. Quality of service was exceptional, very professionals .. crew worked very hard every day including those with bad weather and project was completed on time as promised. Fully recommended !!

This is our second experience with building a pool. I am rating them 5 stars for Alfonso’s and Rene’s responsiveness when we need them. I did wish the pool was done faster (took 3 months from digging to finish) and a lot of waiting. Their in-house decking guy was a really nice gentleman, and he did a careful job laying down travertine pavers with artificial turf inserts. We needed help with pool operating questions after the final payment was paid, and Alfonso answered us timely. We appreciate that!

The gentlemen at FNC Pools were such a pleasure to work with. They understood the assignment & worked with us as partners throughout the entire project. Or pool was ready in just over 30 days. They were extremely patient with us when we were indecisive. Alfonso & the design team provided honest feedback & made invaluable suggestions while respecting our taste and of course our budget. We appreciated the fact that they were accessible to us as questions arose. Rene, our project manager was so kind. He was onsite to oversee the project to ensure everything developed properly and timely. Last but not least, our pool is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! They did not cut corners, they used quality materials, and they take pride in their work. When the pool was finished, Alfonso did a walkthrough to explain the functionality of the equipment, described the do’s & don’ts, helped us setup the app on our devices & ensured we were well educated from every aspect before leaving. Not only that, he assured us that our partnership didn’t end there & that he is just a phone call away should we need anything. We appreciated the unparalleled customer service & we are very happy we chose FNC to build our pool. We would undoubtedly use them again!

FNC Custom Pools totally out did themselves with my brand new pool build! They helped every step of the way, from concept to finished build.

I decided it was time to build a pool (after 5 years of seriously contemplating it). I just didn’t know how to approach it. After getting several quotes from 4 other pool builders, Rene from FNC came in and worked with my budget, measured my yard and provided several renders for the possibilities. He asked about how the pool will be used, and gave me an idea on how to maximize my space without going over budget. He also gave me an idea of the cost of maintenance and upkeep. The communication with Rene and his team was prompt and reassuring. They guided me in the color schematics and material selection process. They gave me a timeline and also possible scenarios where I may decide to upgrade during the build process. And they answered all my concerns.

The build process was very efficient and smooth. I knew exactly when the different phases would be completed and who will be working on the phase. All in all, the build from start to finish took about a month. The final outcome was much better than I expected, and I can honestly say that this was the best home addition I’ve ever don’t. The only problem is that everyone wants to hang out in my Back yard now!

We couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Alfonso, Rene and the team did an outstanding job - the planning and execution was perfect. Our pool was ready in under four weeks with the cooperation of the rain gods too. Honestly we would recommend this team a thousand times. No where have we seen such an excellent combination of speed, quality, communications, attention to detail, and customer service.

Cameron is quick to respond and offers great service. With as young as he is, he is still very wise in his suggestions on addressing issues. Also , the materials that he uses are top notch high quality - many steps above what’s available at the box stores.

We had Cameron and his crew come and install a fence in our yard. I loved that he built us a gate that is reinforced with a metal frame. No chance that it will be coming apart with all the use it is going to have. He finished the job in 1 day!! Great crew, hard working and got the job done right!

A tree fell on my fence during the storms. The fence posts came out of the cement it , was not installed properly . Only 18 months old . My son had done jobs with Cameron in the past . He was quick to access the damage and was more than reasonable .His crew fixed issues that were not in the estimate .I’m very pleased with this company would not hesitate to refer .

We needed one side of our fence replaced, and I was worried that a small job would be put on the back burner. Southern Roots Fencing did a timely job and the fence is just beautiful. We will definitely use them for any further fencing needs.

Although I had a bit of a wait due to all the storm damage from the recent hurricane, it was worth the wait to have these guys do my fence repair. Marlo and Javier worked until almost 10 PM using flashlights to finish replacing the posts for over 100 feet of cedar fencing due to an inferior job from the original fence company
