Constraction reviews in Katy, Texas

Repaired my house after the freeze of 2021 , crew was prompt courteous and cleaned up at the end of the day .
My house was better than new once they were done.
Wouldn’t call anyone else if I need any repairs repairs to my house, I can depend on better than new work .

Have had multiple projects done by iconic. From small projects replacing a fence to major projects like building an outdoor patio and kitchen. Always been professional and on top of the project. Would recommend to anybody.

Excellent contractor. They performed multiple projects for my family. Great quality and they stand behind their work. Sometimes they may take longer because they don’t cut corners. I know the owners and they never promised anything they didn’t deliver. Freakishly good. Not the cheapest, but not too expensive either.10/10

Iconic is an outstanding company to work with! Ray is incredibly attentive to all requests and provides valuable insights. He keeps us well-informed with consistent updates throughout the entire project, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend!

The ICONIC team gave me the kitchen of my dream!! I had contracted with them to do a few smaller projects at first but was so pleased we finally did the magnificent kitchen makeover!! Couldn’t be more happy with the quality of work or the attentiveness of the team. Will definitely be using them again!!

We have used Iconic Construction Services multiple times. After meeting with them and along with the recommendations we had received from friends, we were hooked. They were professional, paid attention to what we really wanted, and to the details. They completed an outstanding job in a timely manner. They were also very personable and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t be happier with the work done by the ICONIC team! I am so impressed with the results and so happy I trusted them with my kitchen makeover, they delivered beyond our expectations. The quality of their work is exceptional, and the team was attentive and professional throughout the entire process. Communication was incredible, even with minute details. I’ll definitely be working with ICONIC again in the future. Highly recommend!

I hired Iconic Construction on the recommendation of our neighbors (quite an unanimous one!) to complete half done work in the kitchen, abandoned by another contractor. Ray and Aaron were prompt and professional from the get go and completed the work in six days, whereas I had been struggling with a broken down kitchen for over two months with the other contractors. I could not be more pleased with the timelines they maintained, had constant and responsive communication throughout, and Ray personally visiting our home everyday to ensure all was what needed to be. Excellent people to work with! Highly highly recommended!!

Amazing experience! We had tile replaced in several rooms after the snowstorm a few years back and it is gorgeous. Ray and his team were attentive, professional and answered any and all questions.

Ray and the iconic team were a staple in creating our back yard Texas oasis. If you are looking for a pool they are great at building them.

Contacted Cobra Contracting & Construction and spoke to Philip, he was very professional and courteous. He understood my concerns and made an appointment and showed up exactly when he said he would. This man completed the job and took his time to explain it to me step by step, and made sure I understood everything. Philip was great, I will definitely use Cobra Contracting & Construction again and I will refer them to anyone who asks me. Thanks.

Phil is polite, responsible, punctual and hard working! He has saved me TWICE now! I wish everyone was as trustworthy as Phil. Thank you!!

Called morning after Nicholaus ripped shingles off my roof. All within about 2 hours the owner, Philip, answered, came out on time, gave a reasonable quote (accurate to the penny) and completed the repair personally! Insurance came out a week later and confirmed roof was fully repaired. Highly recommend and would use again.

Phillip from cobra contracting did a phenomenal job with my roof.
He was extremely professional, prompt and on time. Not only was he an amazing contractor but went above and beyond handling my insurance company. He stayed in contact with them and did everything he possibly could have to be sure they held up there end after the insurance adjuster missed a key part of my roof.
No doubt what so ever I’m using them again.

Phillip and his team did an amazing job replacing my roof and repairing the damage to the inside of my home. They were courteous and professional. They were able to complete my roof in one day. I highly recommend them for any roofing repairs or replacement you need.

Philip was amazing. Right after I called him to do the inspection, he quickly scheduled it. He did a very thorough inspection, and found other minor issues that could have grown in the future. The repair itself was flawless as well, he kept me up to date with pictures as he was tearing down the damage and walked me through all he did to make the repair as well. Without asking, he even blew off all the leaves in my gutter too at no extra cost. I highly recommend him!!

Cobra Contracting was amazing to work with. Phil was very informative regarding the process of our claim with our insurance to replace our roof. Although, we encountered a couple issues with our insurance, Phil was very patient and assisted us in understanding the steps. Cobra Contracting took care our initial inspection and followed through with our roof replacement. Highly satisfied and strongly recommend!!

If you are reading all these reviews about how everyone is praising Philip and his crew, wondering can someone be that good: Yes, Yes, and Yes they are that good.
I went through 4 contractors before I came across Cobra Contracting & Construction.
The first time I spoke with Philip, everything about roof replacement made so much sense because he explained everything in a very understandable way.
He explained everything in detail, with honesty and professionalism and was very helpful, even taking it upon himself to contact the builder and GAF company. He was also very responsive and on time.
Please, if you are looking for any roofing contractor, give him a call. I promise you have nothing to lose but everything to gain.
I was shocked when he found that my attic had spray foam and
deducted about $500 from the original price we agreed on without me asking. Many thanks for an outstanding, honest and quality service!
Thank God good and honest people are still out there, and thanks for being one!.
Please, when you use them for your roofing needs, let others know, so they can have peace of mind, because that's how I felt.

I utilized Cobra for shingle repair/replacement in 2022 after a wind storm. He checked the entire roof of my home and found other areas that needed to be secured. His work was awesome. Here I am today on 5/17/24 after a tornado hit my subdivision in Cypress on the 16th. I will be utilizing his services for fence replacement and repairs to my roof. I recommend him 100% and feel extremely confident in the work he will do.

Philip himself came out to check on my roof leak, within 24 hours of me contacting him. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and did the work right away. I'd been quoted several hundred dollars from a different roof company and Cobra saved me. I can't recommend this company enough. My entire family now has a new company to patronize. Thank you!

Cobra Contracting re-did my grandmother’s roof in one day flat! They were very professional and walked her though every step of way. We were very surprised with how fast they completed the job and everything was perfect. Our new roof is better than ever thanks to Phil and his crew. I am glad they took the time to walk my grandmother through the process. We loved their work quality and will use them for any home repairs in the future and will surely refer them to her friends. Thank you again Cobra.
