Constraction reviews in Katy, Texas

As a real estate agent our clients quite often ask us for a recommendation to get their home ready to sell, or to make updates/repairs once they purchase. Chris gets raving reviews from our clients when he has completed the work. Call Kingham & CO.

Chris installed new countertops and backsplash in my kitchen recently. He did an excellent job and finished when he said he would. He also put our house back together after Hurricane Ike including drywall, tile, carpet, a new roof, and painting. You name it, they can do it.

Chris and his team went above and beyond to fix all our issues and help us get ready to List our home for sale! They fixed everything and anything that might show up on an Inspection Report. And they made our home pretty again with new paint! So very happy with all of their work. They can pretty much do ANYTHING you need done in your home! From plumbing, to electrical, to cabinets, to painting, to masonry.... you name it! So very grateful! K Prachar

Chris Kingham was our contractor for a remodel in the Tanglewood area. He is good with cabinet/wood building but we had so many problems with a plumbing repair (which turned into tremendous water damage to our home) as well as a very large painting project which ended up taking 5 months on painting alone. We had delay after delay and then it was turned over to his insurance which did cover the $30,000 in damage. I would recommend him for small repairs only.

Kingham & Co has done multiple projects for our family over the years, from large to small. The owner, Chris is an expert craftsman, especially in cabinetry and woodworking. I can not recommend them highly enough!! He did a major kitchen and bathroom remodel for us in addition to custom cabinetry and built ins. Awesome company!!

Chris is reliable, professional and honest. He does high quality work and does it right the first time! His crews show up, on time, work and clean up! His pricing is competitive and fair. I always used him for my personal work and refer him to both clients and friends. None of us has ever been disappointed. I’ve recently moved to east TX and wish I had someone even half as good here.

Chris recently rebuilt the shower in our master bathroom and did a terrific job. He showed up on time when he said he would be there, cleaned up each day leaving the area in better condition than when he started and he and his team were very respectful. We have since hired him to do other jobs and he continues to meet or exceed expectations every time! I highly recommend Chris and will continue working with him going forward.

Chris at Kingham & Co has been performing services for us for over 10 years and is our 1st call when we need anything done. He and his crews have installed for us bathrooms, flooring, electrical, roofing, fencing, patio and Chris especially loves woodworking. His response time is amazing and he won't finish a job until its completed to mutual satisfaction.

Chris Kingham has been helping us on many home projects for over 10 years. Whether it's a large job like redoing all of our floors and bathrooms to a smaller job like installing a ceiling fan to many in-between projects, Chris is responsive, responsible, reasonably-priced and just kind. Chris was referred to us by a friend and we have in turn referred him to others. Everyone I know has been happy with his work and work ethic. We highly recommend Chris and his company.

Kingham & Co remodeled a home we own in 2000 and subsequently it was damaged by Harvey and a complete redo was in order. Chris and his team masterfully re-built from studs to include flooring, appliances, and just about everything. It turned out amazing. He had remodeled our personal home and bath a year before and I was impressed with his leaving everyday with a clean work place to start the next day. He was on time and within budget. Chris is a masterful carpenter and in addition has fantastic ideas and suggestions for any update nor remodel.

If you are looking for a honest, reliable, trustworthy and professional person to do work for you, call Chris. He is not in the business to get rich or to take advantage of customers. He can fix or replace almost everything inside your home a fair price. He brought our once damaged rental property back to life. Thank you Chris and God bless you.

Kingham & Co has been my go-to contractor for many years. They just finished building me a covered patio, from slab to shingle, that looks like it was originally built with the house. They also re-roofed the whole house. Their work is excellent and lasts the rest of time.

Mr. Kingham and his crew are very professional, he was on time and within my budget for a second time using him. He is a master carpenter, built my kitchen cabinets out of mahogany and then he installed granite counters with wood floors for the kitchen and baths. SUPER HAPPY

What an incredible experience! As a realtor, I’ve referred many clients to Chris Kingham and his team for their remodel and renovation projects. My husband and I just had the pleasure of working with them personally on our bathroom renovation which was amazing! Every detail was thoughtfully done to perfection and I feel even more confident about referring clients and friends to Chris. I would highly recommend him and his team for any renovation or handyman service…they can do anything!!

We have had the pleasure of working with Chris and team over the past couple of weeks as they have helped put our home back together after a water leak forced us to tear apart our kitchen and dining room.

Chris was amazing to work with. He made several recommendations along the way that will benefit us in the long run. The quality of work is impeccable and his attention to detail is great.

Our job was complex and involved carpentry, plumbing (gas and water), painting, and flooring. Everything looks brand new, and we cannot tell that anything was ever damaged. He even managed to build our custom cabinets while keeping our granite countertops undamaged, which is impressive because they were only being supported by a few 2x4's. Due to our insurance claim, we requested that he match our undamaged cabinets which he did perfectly. After seeing his craftsmanship, I wish we'd had him completely replace all of our cabinets.

We will definitely be using Kingham and Co. again for a few other renovation jobs we have.

I own 3 rent houses and a personal property and Chris is my go-to contractor to do just about anything at all of my properties. 99% of the time I am very satisfied with the end result of Chris's work. And on the 1% that I am not satisfied, Chris will always come back and make it right. I have used Chris's services so much that I consider him not only and contractor, but a good friend of mine.
