Constraction reviews in Katy, Texas

Cobra did a great job on our new roof. The crew was amazing . Roof looks great . They kept everything fairly neat, they did the job in a day and it was a good experience. Philip kept us informed along the way. No surprises, which is nice. Highly recommend this company to anyone even just thinking about getting a new roof. Philip will take care of you

5 star customer service! Phillip was so easy to work with and we could not have been happier with a recent roof replacement! It's hard to find honest and reliable contractors and from start to finish, Phillip was so easy to work with. If you need an affordable roof and an amazing team to work for, Phillip is your guy!!

We have a minor water leak in our master bath and hired plumbers to help fix this problem. Although they were unable to pinpoint the cause, they thought it was worthwhile to investigate the roof and siding as potential entry points for water. We were referred to Cobra; Philip went onto the roof, checked all vents, went into the attic and checked all pipe vent areas for any signs of water damage - everything was fine. While looking at the siding, he sealed some small gaps that could become future issues. With his help, we were able to identify the seal around the built in bench in our renovated shower as the source of the leak. Philip is thorough, honest, professional and walked us through the process of finding the source of our problem. In no way did he attempt to sell us anything we didn't need. I will look to Cobra Contracting & Construction for our future roofing needs.

This guy is awesome! Phil did an amazing job on my roof—it looks fantastic now. He offers incredible value for the exceptional service he provides. The best part? His prices are unbeatable. Seriously, you won't find a better deal for such terrific work. Plus, he was super quick to respond and got everything done super fast. If you need any roofing work, he's your guy!

I cannot say enough great things about Philip and his work! We had a mold issue from an improper sealing of the pipes on the roof and he was very efficient in identifying the issue and resolving it quickly. His pricing is very fair as well. I will most definitely call Cobra Contracting if I ever have any roofing issues in the future.

I would give 6 starts if possible. Phillip, the owner has replaced a roof at one of my other homes and just performed a roof repair on my current home. He is very professional, does great work and I would recommend him to any one looking for roof repair or replacement. Before the repair he explained everything to me in detail and agreed to a very very reasonable price. I got quotes from other roofing companies and Phillip and his team were much more affordable. If your looking for great quality and reasonable price , Cobra contracting is the team you want to go with.
Keep up the great work Phillip and I will be telling all my neighbors and friends about you.
Thanks again.

We had Cobra reroof two homes over the last two years. The work was done perfectly, and in the time frame quoted. One job, included replacing original decking with radiant barrier decking. The other job required repairs to the decking. We are very satisfied with the work and responsiveness of Cobra Contracting. If you need roof replacement, give them a call.

5/5 stars from the initial consultation to the final clean up. As a first time roof buyer, Phil made sure I was comfortable with the process and made sure to explain everything in great detail so that I had a full understanding. After a few other consults and quotes, none of them compared in cost or quality to what Phil and his team were offering, and ultimately provided. I strongly recommend Cobra for any of your roofing needs!

I had a few leaks in my roof and reached out for repairs. Philip gave an incredibly accurate diagnosis and fixed everything quickly. Not only was the service prompt and professional, but Philip also provided invaluable information regarding my insurance claim and the necessary procedures. The repair costs were very affordable, and I'm extremely satisfied with the service. I will definitely be working with this company again for any future issues. Highly recommend!

This company is awesome and highly recommended. They installed my gutters 2 years ago and their workmanship and professionalism is above and beyond. I just recently asked them today to come and check out my roofing and fix if there are any problems so it'll be ready for hurricane and the TX rainy seasons. Philip who is the owner, charge me with nothing and very professional and even gave me some very informative advices. I definitely recommend them to try them out.

Replaced my roof back in 2019. Extremely happy with the service provided and the follow up. Requested documents pertaining to the warranty after 6 years and got them within minutes. Great people to work with. Highly recommended

We had a roof emergency situation during recent rains with leaks from unknown source and location. Philip went out of the way to make himself available on short notice, diagnosis of source was a challenging task which he picked skillfully and fixed the source promptly.
Entire experience was professional, Philip also provided guidance on long term good keeping of roof and shared advice on role of Builder warranty and home insurance.
Philips provided a great fix with affordable solution, we are fully satisfied with the services of Cobra Contacting team. Our full endorsement for seeking their service, Highly recommend!

We are very happy with the job that was provided at our house, we had some tricky spots for our fence to be put up but he was able to get them looking very professional. I would definitely be using again for any future projects that I may have.

Philip is a great guy. I called him from the internet not knowing anything about him or his company. I took a leap of faith and told him to come out as I needed it done as quickly as possible. He was out the next morning. Turns out I was very pleased with his knowledge and capability. Plus, Philip quoted me a very reasonable price which gave me even more confidence in him. All in all, I'm a very satisfied customer. I'm certain we will do business again.

Our neighbor referred us, and we have used Cobra Contracting several times over the years for roofing repair. Phillip is always great to work with. Quick to respond and helpful with whatever issue we are having. Great company!

I would give Cobra a ten star rating if it was allowed. After a delay of a couple of months we finally had Cobra rebuild our roof. Their patience without pressing over that time was appreciated. Straightforward. Professional. Efficient. They started in the morning and had the job completed by the evening. Cleanup at the end was superb! I would gladly recommend their services to any of my neighbors.

Had a great experience with Philip when he redid my fence (actually a 4-house project). He was efficient, communicative, understands how to interact with HOA, and guarantees his work. I will be using him in the future if I have any fence or roof issues.

I established a business relationship with Philip back in 2021 for roof repairs after a wind storm. On May 18th, 2024 my home sustained damage from a tornado. My fence and roof required complete replacement. After 9 months of fighting with insurance, Philip replaced my roof today! He also installed an attic exhaust fan at my request. The fence was completed in September of 2024. I am very grateful for everything that he has done for me. He helped me navigate the very complex process of going through insurance including the process of the public appraiser. His patience is awesome; answering the same questions over and over for me. It's very hard to find a business that you can trust today with so many choices out there. I highly recommend Cobra Construction and will be going to him for future projects.
