I had family in from out of town for vacation and my pool pump went out. I got ahold of Ben, the owner and he sent me a quote the same day. The price was fair and their customer service is great. Jose did a great job on the install and I’m back up and running.

First you should contact the service tech, Brent, and apologize to him for putting him in such a poorly planned installation. We were not told in advance that the new pump would not link with our PDA and our current system. The new pump is installed upside down and we can’t read the message screen because it is up against the side of the house. I will let Brent give you additional information regarding what we are left with. I will say he handled the situation very well and was very professional and apologetic. Using the remote control allowed us to make changes without going out in bad weather. I also know that there are systems available that can be set up through a cell phone, we were never told about the various options available.

Comprehensive and easy pool service. I am a first time pool owner, and Ben Nabors came to my new house, explained my whole pool/spa system to me, got me set up on a weekly cleaning and maintenance schedule that took all of thinking out of owning a pool, and was designed for my family’s needs (we have furry dogs and sensitive skin). He recommended me everything I needed to get my pool sparkling, got his team out to my house every time I needed, and it was a process, but Nabors made it super simple. Above and beyond communication, they send me a detailed report immediately after every service. I’ve never questioned their judgment because it’s always well worth it. They’re honestly the Mercedes or Porsche of pool service, I’ve never experienced customer service at this elite level for anything.

Update: They did refund my money and send their crew out but it was on the Thursday of the big storm, so there wasn’t much they could do. They followed up via text and asked how it was going. I told them the crew wasn’t able to do much and there was still lots of stuff to vacuumed up at the bottom. But they didn’t respond.

Original: I was initially impressed by the number of high ratings this company had. I called them because i just needed someone to vacuum the dead algae at the bottom of my pool. Algae turns to a dust with a regular vacuum, so I needed a professional to come out and do it. I sent them photos of my pool. They said they could do it. They sent someone out and vacuumed it (April 24), but there was still some that settled and needed to be vacuumed. I sent them photos the next day, but it took almost two weeks to send someone out again. This was mostly due to them “diligently working on your pool solution and will reach out to you as soon as possible.” (May 1). I followed up again and they responded (May 2) with “Completely understand! Typically when a pool has that much debris our technicians are able to vacuum 70-80% of that debris out, there is always a small amount that gets stirred up into the water and has to settle to be cleaned and it looks like that is what happened here and why you are seeing a small amount of residual debris.” If it’s typical for some debris to settle, why did they have to work so diligently to figure out whether they could come back out? They came out “as a courtesy” on May 8. But the next day, a lot of debris was still left. It looks better than it did when we started, but they didn’t finish the job I requested them to do, which was to get the debris off the bottom of my pool. When I tried to understand, they said it might be my pool equipment or another issue and wanted to charge me more money to come investigate. I just wanted the stuff vacuumed at the bottom of the pool. They didn’t seem interested in really solving my problem.

We’ve been using Nabors for several years now and have always been very pleased. Chae is wonderful - she is on top of everything and does an amazing job!!

Brent and Edward did a great job replacing the pool and spa lights. Got it done late on a Friday afternoon and made sure all light modes worked correctly before leaving.

Work performed: full replacement of a 250k BTU pool heater to a brand new 400k BTU.

Nabors Pools have been PERFECT from the beginning. For a very expensive piece of equipment, I spoke to friends/family for recommendations to change out my pool heater in time for fall/winter and landed on this company.

They recommended the Jandi JXi 400k natural gas and so far, I’m really pleased. I have full remove monitoring and control, which is perfect if I want to heat up the pool or spa before I get home! They additionally brought everything up to code (including sediment trap) and installed the VersaFlo for the 5 year warranty on the heat exchanger (a device which automatically diverts pump cycle flow AROUND the heater when it’s not in use, meaning less intensive flow through the exchanger).

From the beginning, their communication was fast (especially Justin, their field manager), attentive and they even sent regular photo updates throughout the job whilst I was at work. The team on side was careful on my property and took great care in transporting the old and new unit, tools, pipes etc on my yard.

I came home, on my birthday, to a fully functional hot pool and spa, couldn’t have been happier.

The service is the best in the industry!!! Whenever I call they are usually at my home that day!!! Very friendly and professional! I’ve tried several other pool service companies and Nabors is in a league of their own. Highly recommended!!!

Not only is my pool routinely cleaned well, but they clean my filter quarterly for less than the price I was paying for my last service company.

One time I emailed them in the morning one day to say we were having a pool party that afternoon, and they replied within a couple hours saying they would be sure not to shock it.

The company is always responsive to my emails and texts no matter what questions I have. They always have someone out right away if there’s an issue. Alex is our cleaner and has been doing a great job!

Although the prices were higher than their competetors, I was happy with the service initially. Then things changed. I signed up and paid for weekly service. Then I did not have pool service on black friday (as if this is a real holiday) soon thereafter, I had two weeks skipped with not notice or explanation. On the other hand, they charged me the full amount for the monthly service. I would recommend finding a more honest and communicative company.

I recently had Nabors Pool install a brand-new heater, filter, and blower for our pool system, and I couldn’t be more pleased. They not only upgraded all the equipment, but also significantly improved the hydraulics by repiping and rewiring the entire setup. The system is now running exceptionally efficiently, and the overall experience was excellent. They offered great products at a fair price, and their responsiveness and timeliness were truly impressive.

Brent and crew just installed a new Jandy automation system and variable speed pool pump. They were very professional, communicated well and had the job done in a days time. I was truly impressed by their work and quality of product. I would definitely Nabors for all pool service and repair needs.

Nabors Pools, and specifically, Alex have been incredibly helpful. They communicate weekly with notes and photos and Alex really does a wonderful job keeping our pool sparkling!! We were referred by a friend, my only wish is that we switched sooner! I’m happy to refer such an outstanding company.
