Had a new cartridge filter installed. Everyone was very helpful, including Melissa in the office who talked me through available options and sent me a quote and invoice on a Sunday and work was done the next day on Monday. Dialogued through phone calls and text messages in which I was able to send photos and explain my situation. Technicians that performed work were very kind and patiently answered my many questions. They were on time and did the work quickly. I am grateful for the professionalism and good service.

I had called many pool companies to have my pool replastered. Most never answered or never called me back. Others answered and said they would call back or come by and didn't. At my wits end, I called my last three companies one afternoon to get an estimate. About to stop for the day I decided to call one more company. That company was A Plus Swimming Pool Services. Melissa, who is one of the owners, answered herself and came out to give us a bid within an hour of the call. The price was fair and we decided to work with her. Signed the contract Thursday night (Feb 2023). They started the work early the next morning. The entire job was completed in 4 days including Saturday and Sunday. The work was excellent and the customer service was outstanding. Melissa was very responsive day and night, weekday and weekend. The contractors were always punctual and polite and left the area clean when they left. We are very pleased with our replaster. Without a doubt, we will call A Plus for any pool services we need in the future and you should too. Thanks Melissa!

Melissa and Marc are outstanding in their technical business knowledge and customer service. They have had all of our pool service maintenance and weekly cleaning and analysis for 10+ years. I have used many services over the years and no one meets my expectations like A+ Pools has. On many occasions I have contacted Melissa that we are having a family gathering or friends pool party and need service on a certain day. oh my gosh, they even come on a Saturday am to meet our party requirements. Why did we leave A+? I retired and moved to the lake. They will be missed!!

We've been looking for a while for a company to re-plaster our pool. We called A Plus and Melissa answered right away, came out gave us a quote that was very competitive. Within a week or two we had our pool replastered. What I loved about this company is they are local and family owned. Melissa is kind and our kiddos loved her. She also brought tile samples on site which made the decision that much easier. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone.

Our pool and decks were a disaster. We not only had a water leak but everything desperately needed to be remodeled. A Plus Swimming Pool Service did a great job of detecting and repairing the leak (in one of our skimmers), resurfacing the pool, replacing the coping, installing new tile, and resurfacing all of our decks around the pool and in the backyard. It was a big job! Melissa is customer-oriented and a pleasure to work with. She did all the leg work! Mark ran a tight ship with his crew and the work was done when promised, as promised, no excuses. They kept us well-informed on the progress and gave us options when other issues came up as the job progressed. Overall, highly professional, customer-focused and superior quality workmanship. I recently had new tile and new plaster installed in my pool. A Plus Swimming Pool Services was
recommended to me by a friend of mine. A Plus Swimming Pool Services re-plastered his pool a couple
of years ago and he was very pleased with their work. I’m glad I took his recommendation. Melissa, the
co-owner came out and met with me to determine what I wanted done. She was very knowledgeable
about the work and provided several helpful suggestions. She sent me a bid proposal within three days.
I felt the price was very reasonable and accepted the bid. They began work within a week. Their crews
were always on time and completed their tasks each day with almost no mess. The jobsite was cleaned
each day before they left. The work was completed within about a week and after the pool was refilled,
they came to start-up the pool, which included all chemicals required. The tile work is beautiful and the
plaster looks better than the original plaster job. My pump had a leaking seal and Marc, co-owner
repaired the leaking seal and replaced all seals and “O” rings in the pump.
I would recommend A Plus Swimming Pool Services to anyone needing any service to their pool, and I
will certainly call them again for anything I need for my pool. These people are honest, truthful, and
dedicated to pleasing the customer.

Excellent experience from start to finish to resurface our large pool. Melissa gave us plenty of information that helped us decide on the type of plaster and decorative tile as well as how best to repair the coping and add a handrail. All work was done smoothly and professionally, including cleanup. We paid for startup service which was excellent. This is a great family business that we can highly recommend.

Used A Plus Swimming Pools for tile bead blasting and deck resurfacing. The tile work was completed quickly and was not as messy as I'd previously experienced. The deck crew did thorough prep work and were also fast and efficient. Both jobs turned out great!

I have owned my pool for 5 years. I’ve never been instructed properly on how to care for my pool. I was very impressed with the technicians knowledge of pool equipment and chemistry. I highly recommend this company. I will hire them in the near future for new tile and plaster.

A Plus Swimming helped us earlier this year with a underground pool leak and did a fantastic job. Today we needed them again with, what we thought, was a broken motor. Mark did a great job replacing the motor and then found out timing control was out too! He was easy to understand and able to fix it quickly. I will definitely use them again. Love having a working pool!

Our heater wasn't working properly so we called Melissa. She had Mark come out to diagnose the problem and had it fixed in minutes! We have worked with A+ Pools for over 15 years and they are the best in the business! They are very responsive and always take care of our issues. Thanks A+!

I highly recommend A Plus Swimming Pools. I contacted them for my 20 year old pool renovation (tile, resurface decking and plaster). They responded promptly and provided a quotation within days of contact. I was very impressed with Melissa's (Co-owner) knowledge and willingness to help with cost saving ideas. I had a limited budget and she did her best to accommodate my needs. I met with her several times and was allowed to see some of the work done on other jobs. I always felt important to their business. The work was completed within the planned time frame. The workers showed up on time and were always professional. The workmanship was excellent. We had A Plus Leak Detection come repair our pool coping this week. The repairman did a fantastic job putting the puzzle of tiles perfectly back together. He was professional, timely and explained the process before and after completion. I highly recommend this company for any pool issues you may have. I will definitely have them back for future repairs. Professionalism, courtesy and fantastic work are hard to find in this day and age especially for a small job.

I have been happily working with the good folks at A Plus Pools Service for about a year and a half. I found Marc and Melissa after communicating with and receiving quotes from 4 other companies. Their rates are not the cheapest, but they are very competitive, and personally I don't think it's the wisest move to blindly go with the cheapest company. You get what you pay for.

What really stands out to me with A Plus is the level of expertise, professionalism, and customer service. I had never owned a pool before moving into my house and Marc thoroughly walked me through "Pools 101" in layman's terms.

Marc is truly an expert whose family has worked with pools for multiple generations. He can clean and maintain your pool and even perform advanced renovations if you're looking for an updated look. In other words, he's not just some kid with an embroidered polo shirt masquerading around as an expert.

Importantly, their communication and service is prompt. It was terribly frustrating to wait 3 or 4 days for a simple call back from other companies. Melissa, by contrast, answered immediately and worked to get me an in-home visit and quote within a day. Upon meeting Marc and talking numbers, the choice was simple for me.

When I first moved into my house, the pool looked like a sewage pit and had numerous mechanical faults. In the span of about a week, my pool has transformed from a cesspool into a shimmering oasis. I've been so impressed, that I am now exploring the idea of using Marc and A Plus to do some renovation work to give my pool a modern facelift.

In short, I highly recommend using these folks. They're professional, they're reasonable, and they're also just good people.

We really impressed w this company And the scale of their expertise! They’ve done really great work inspecting our pool for leaks and more recently they helped to refurbish or cracked fire pit, reset the stones around our pool, and replace tiles, and mastic! Our pool looks brand new and the price was very reasonable! We highly recommend A Plus Pools!
