Alex did a nice job cleaning my pool filter grids and unclogging a drain. He was prompt and all work was done at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him and I will try to use him again when the need arises.

Typically, we handle the pool cleaning ourselves, but upon returning from our trip, I noticed a significant improvement in the pool's condition. Great experience using Nabors Pools! Craig & his team were awesome to work with! I specifically needed my pool lights replaced & they were the only company I contacted that were able to do just that & only that. Other companies said I HAD buy all new LED fixtures, etc. which would cost $$$$$$. Nabors Pools installed exactly what I needed and were very reasonably priced as well. Thanks again guys!! This is the third or fourth repair job we’ve hired Nabors for and every time they are prompt, professional and SO friendly - from front office to the techs that do the work! And the work is always thorough and effective. They don’t try to upsell or overcharge. It’s easy to highly recommend them.

I'm a first time pool owner with many questions. I called Nabors for an issue with my heater. Barrett (technician) was fantastic -- extremely responsive, quickly assessed and solved the problem, and then took extra time to explain the system to me in a way that I could understand and without making me feel like a fool. Also, the person who answers the phone/emails (Mary) is pleasant to deal with and also very responsive. I highly recommend Nabors.

I had previously used Nabors Pool Services before, and I was consistently pleased with their service after every visit. Whenever repairs were needed, the team quickly addressed and resolved them. Although I have sold my home, I continue to recommend Nabors Pool Services to my friends whenever they seek referrals.

We have used Nabors for a year now and have been extremely pleased with their service. Keegan does an outstanding job with weekly maintenance. Barret has done several equipment repairs for us. And recently, Art and his team did some tile and flagstone repairs around our spa. For the tile repairs, Art came up with an elegant solution that was beautifully done and quite affordable. We highly recommend Nabors Pool Services!

Algae showed at day of weekly service. Called 3 times to have filters cleaned … didn’t show up on first two confirmed appointments, still waiting . Told me they have too many pools to service but will be here soon …

I feel compelled to leave this review even though Nabors hasn’t even done an actual service for me yet. We are new pool owners and quite honestly just don’t know much about what we are doing. Since we bought this house in March we’ve had a couple small issues come up and have used a couple of other service companies to handle those requests. Today I got home from work and my pool was about 50% empty for no apparent reason. Obviously I went into full blown panic mode thinking there was a busted pipe somewhere! Immediately called the guy we used before but he didn’t answer or return my voicemail. Called another company that said they could come check for a leak but they wanted $650 for a service call (yikes!!!) Finally I found Nabors Pools on Google and gave them a call. The girl I talked to on the phone was so kind and so very helpful. She went above and beyond to try and get me a quick appointment time for a tech to come out, and also went out of her way to contact the service manager to get advice for what we should do in the meantime to try and troubleshoot where the supposed leak was coming from. I felt better after receiving his advice on what to do. As it turns out, when my husband got home from work this evening he realized that he had left the vent valve open on the filter last night! So obviously when the pump kicked on this morning it ran all day just spraying water out!!! (Silly I know. As I said we are brand new pool owners and this has been a gigantic learning curve to say the least…these things should really come with instruction manuals)
Anyway, I am so thoroughly impressed by the customer service I experienced from Nabors pools in just this one interaction that I will be calling them for any and all of our pool issues going forward… And I’m sure there will be plenty until we get more used to this pool thing.

Always helpful and trustworthy. Helped get the support I needed and under warranty to fix my chiller. Thank you for good advice and excellent service. My weekly tech is great and any maintenance has been handled quickly and professionally. The tech even stayed on the phone with warranty company to be sure appointment was scheduled and I wouldn’t be charged. Thank you looking after your customers!

Nabor pools cleaned my filters last fall and said they would follow up for a quarterly cleaning!! They did!!! Not only did they follow up, but during our freeze in the winter, they sent an email with helpful tips. My quarterly cleaning was due again & without fail, they have shown up!! I am so grateful that they have taken a little bit off of my plate by showing up every quarter to help me maintain one of my biggest investments. Within an hour of leaving, I receive, an email with before & after pictures. They have shut the gate so I do not waste time chasing my fur babies. It is the smallest things that save me time and energy. Thank you Nabor Pools for doing your job well!

Nabors came quickly and was able to solve the problem with our pool motor in a single afternoon. I have used them in the past for pool service and they always provide great care and fast service.

Horrible service and a ripoff company. I got my startup service done by them initially she quoted me $350 then $675 saying my pool was big but I have a average size pool. They did not clean my pool right I had redone my entire pool I have algae stains on my new pool now because of them. I still payed them $675 they told me initially it includes cleaning filter. Now they sent me $150 bill to clean my filter. They are liars. I have attached a picture of my spa before I hired another company to take care of it.

We have been using Nabor's Pools since 2013. When we moved to a new home in 2020, Ben the owner of Nabor's Pools came out to help us assess and resolve some issues with the pool at our new home. After the freeze of 2021 we decided to remodel our pool and replace all the damaged equipment. Narbor's Pools helped me coordinate all the remodel and handled all the new equipment install. They are a pleasure to work with and take care of any issues promptly. Narbor's Pools is our go to pool company for service and cleaning!
