Really a pleasant experience working with Melissa, her husband, and their sons. The subs they employed were timely, experienced and got their respective jobs done without any issues. Job well done and we are very satisfied with our pool. We highly recommend that you include A Plus into your considerations.

Had our pool plaster redone after 10 years. Wonderful crew gave excellent advice. Workmanship was excellent . Start to finish 6 days. Cleaned up and offered maintaining advice. Great job to Melissa and Meghan and crew.

They truly did an “A+” job on our pool remodel. Their crew did an excellent job with a full tile install, light replacement, restoring our water features and stains, and deck/stone staining and sealing. Would highly recommend working with Melissa and her crew!

Our pool needed to be redone . We talked to several companies. Our search was over when we met with Melissa Gonzales. Within a few minutes we we could tell she was extremely knowledgeable.
We asked about the time to finish. She said it depends a little on how quickly we could make decisions & of course the weather. Both were accomplished easily. Melissa also gave us some ideas for the choices.They finished inn in a total of 10 days.
Melissa is kind but runs a tight ship, if she says her guys will be there at 7:00 they appear at 7:00. Extremely polite & hardworking . They seem to take a lot of pride in their work. They clean up when their work for the day is done.

was very professional in providing the duct cleaning service for houses in our community. He was thorough and persistent in cleaning the farthest corners of the air ducts. The ducts looks clean and crisp. The great value for service was a cherry on top! I highly recommend his services for your air duct cleaning needs.

They got my furnace running again for under 80 bucks when vigils said I needed a new furnace. I will always call these guys first!

They came back 3 times. Furnace is still broken and of course they charged me for coming out. No heat this cold winter but at least my gas bill is cheap.

I can not say enough about the top notch air duct service I received with All American Duct Cleaning, Heating & Cooling,Katy TX! extremely knowledgeable and provided answers to all of my inquiries regarding the service and the options they provided. I never felt compelled to add any additional services. They showed up on time and were so good!! I have recommended them to family, friends and clients.

We have been pool owners for almost a year now. I have had numerous pool techs come out for various reasons. None of them hold a candle to Barrett! He is awesome. Very patient, explained everything, super knowledgeable. And just a super nice guy. What a gem he is!

Update: Since posting this, Nabors is trying to fix their issues and has apologized for their failures. As you can see by the response below, they still have some work to do in how they train their teams as this is not an issue of payment or free services.

DO NOT USE THIS company. They have gone downhill and do not respond to any messages, and mess up your pool.

We have worked with Nabors pools for 4 years an cannot recommend them enough. They are always responsive and address any issues promptly. Ben always makes sure to offer options and recommendations for what works best for us and always makes sure to look for the best equipment and pricing when necessary. His team always shows up according to schedule and they adapt when needed (ie if we need an additional cleaning for a get together). If you are looking for a honest, reliable and affordable pool company, Nabors Pools is the way to go.

Did a fantastic job of replacing our heater. Got it installed a day or two after we ordered it. Came when they said they were going to be here and had the job done in a couple hours.

Nabors Pools solved our major algae problem!!! Our previous pool service was unable to turn our pool around, but as soon as we called Nabors in, they had a plan (provided a few options at different price points and explained each with their recommendation). We did a drain and clean and now our pool is clear and Nabors does the maintenance. They have great customer service and send an email summary about the specific services performed each week. We’ve been very happy using Nabors!

Nabors pool technician determined what was the issue and within a few minutes he was able to remove the old pump motor and replaced it the same day and within a 3 hours time frame, my pool was up and running again. I want to shout out to Nabors Pools for a job well done! A Katy Resident.

I used Nabors in the hopes of unclogging a block in our filter line. While the tech was friendly, we were charged $200+ to blow out the line, but the problem was never fixed. Nabors suggested replacing the rubber seal for our filter lid and otherwise calling them back if that didn’t work. We called another company to get a second opinion and they suggested another strategy that Nabors could have used to unclog the line. They also replaced the rubber seal rather then telling us to go find it online or at a pool supply store. When I contacted Nabors about coming back to finish the job, the admin responded timely but no one otherwise returned my call. While the service was friendly, they never finished the job.

Update: Ben from Nabors quickly contacted me via text on a Sunday to resolve my concerns. This is how a company comes back from dropping the ball—making things right. No company is perfect, but the good ones correct mistakes.

Due to recent storm, Nabors Poos rescued our pool! Their prompt and professional service has truly made a difference during this challenging time. It's rare to find a company that not only meets but exceeds our expectations in both their customer service and quality of work. I am grateful for their dedication and expertise which have returned my pool to life. Nabors is our trusted pool company and we’ve had them for 5 years, including a pool recovery from Hurricane Harvey flooding. Their pricing is fair but more importantly they are reliable and have been expanding, adding customer contact tools and service technicians. Highly recommended!

Blake and Barrett came out to teach me about my pool and did a fantastic job! They were very honest and didn't try to sell me things I don't need. Super helpful and informative! I'll definitely be a long-term customer.
