The service was fast, it took out most stains. I personally feel like this company would work best for lighter stains that need more help cleaning but not the best company for deep stains and cleaning spots. Attention to detail lacked. I built my home 5 years ago and finally decided to get my dryer vents checked due to excessive lint and a slight burn smell when drying sometimes. The guys were professional, quick and educated me on the importance of yearly dryer vent maintenance. Turns out the hose was barely connected and the wiring was exposed from when the dryer was moved during a floor replacement a couple of years ago. I was quoted $150 - $199 when I scheduled the appointment and paid $265 …the new hose was $50. I feel it’s a fair price provided the hazard of climbing on a roof, hose replacement, and possibly additional trip fee. Will DEFINITELY use Upfront Home Services if needed in the future.

Very happy with their service. My tech was Akeem. He was very courteous and outgoing. Easy to talk with. We discussed what I wanted and he went to work. I never saw him till he was finished. Hard working, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Great experience! Very efficient. The two men that arrived today answered all questions I had and provided tips for the drying process when finished. An ugly stain appeared on the couch during a recent move and it is gone. 10/10 recommend. I will use their services again for any upholstery or carpet cleaning.

Louis did a superb job! The house smells lemony fresh, and the floors look fabulous. I’m so thrilled! I didn’t have to do any of the moving of furniture myself. He did it all. Awesome service. He did both the carpets and the tile floors.Gorgeous.

My technician Jeffrey was on time and super friendly and courteous. Took his time to walk through the areas we wanted clean and listened to our concerns for certain areas. I had a great experience with getting my carpets stretched by Rory at UpFront Home Services
I began by texting them and Joseph responded within a few minutes. We ended up chatting on the phone because I had quite a few questions and concerns about the process.
Joseph answered all of my questions and I scheduled the service.
Rory arrived at got to work. I was surprised that carpets can be stretched without moving all of the furniture out of the room. Although we did move all of the smaller things like chairs out.
I was quite pleased with how the two rooms look now. Ideally, we should get the carpets cleaned at some point, but stretching made a big difference. I'd definitely recommend UpFront or this service.

The appointment was quick (under an hour including setup and breakdown), and the carpet looked great afterward. The service was great and technician was very polite and friendly. I appreciate that Sunday appointments are available. I would recommend and use this company again.
