I recently listed the services of the moveout company for a cleaning of my house that I’m planning to sell. From the beginning, their team was punctual and efficient. They tackled every room with great attention to detail and especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. There was good communication with the company, and it made the entire process stress-free, which is very important to me. The pricing was transparent, and competitive in which they offered me a discount for my first cleaning service, which I really appreciate. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of a clean out.

I hired this company for my move-out cleaning on my 3-bedroom 2 bath place. They sent 1 maid, which I was surprised, I thought it would be 2, but she did a great job and worked hard & fast! I gave her a cash tip for my gratitude. It was nice & easy to book online, she showed up on time, and it took about 2.5 hours I think. I do recommend this company. Also they do great with constant reminders & communication.

This company came highly recommended. Scheduled a deep cleaning for 2,000 sf. They were very prompt and were finished in 2 hours. They returned the following day to finish cleaning and were done in an hour. Now I have to find someone else to deep clean. Complete waste of my time and money.

Excellent experience with Michelle and her team today to turn around my home. I especially loved their attention to detail and pointing out things that may be of concern as a homeowner. I’ll definitely be calling again for future needs.

Great move-out cleaning service! They were able to clean around the furniture in the apartment well (it came pre-furnished) and went the extra mile with their cleaning. Good communication and customer service!

This is the 2nd time I have used this cleaning company. They do an Amazing job! I would highly recommend recommended them.

Extremely disappointing. We were told this service covered windows, floors w/ baseboards, cabinets and surface cleaning. We got home to find cabinets full of dirt, floors still dirty, mirrors streaked, caked on dirt in window sills, no dusting of fans and so much more. They came back out to “fix” the problem only to leave without saying they were done and only a fraction of the issues complete.

Do not use, damaged multiple items and left new stains (and a filthy rag in the sink) for a simple, standard cleaning job. Also will demand a surcharge once they arrive, and bill from a different company. From other reviews it seems if you deny this surcharge they will charge a cancellation fee, which cannot be disputed as they demand your payment info before booking.
Generally very poor service and scammy business practices.

They did a great job on my west campus apartment. The cleaner was quick and left the place in great shape. There was even a mix up regarding when she was supposed to arrive, but rather than cancelling my appointment, the manager was very understanding and worked with our schedule.

What an amazing service!! The company i originally hired called me last minute saying they could not make it. Thank goodness Google recommended the move out cleaning co because they showed up 4 hours later on such short notice and did an amazing job!

Turn up over a hour late, say deep clean is required (shower base), use photos to show why, you agree. However, when “complete” you notice shower is not cleaned and then they then claim that wasn’t in the additional service (so why use in the photos to justify a deep clean?) DO NOT USE- they make it up as they go along….

They state they don’t offer a “satisfaction warranty” ie you get what you get and have no way of complaining…

Not sure where to begin....first of all, 2 people came and neither could speak English, so communicating with them was impossible. They had to use my vacuum and my spray bottle (they didn't know it had liquid soap in it and they were using it clean the window). This review really isn't about them...they were nice and tried. It's just that I paid $560 and expected to see experience, commercial-grade cleaners (we are getting our house ready to sell and so getting ready for pictures). The floor was not mopped. No chemicals were used (it smelled of dirty water). I'm gonna stop here so I can calm down. When I asked about how they would make things right, she said she could refund $15. That says it all...

The Move Out Cleaning Co. did an awesome job. Super easy to book, they showed up on time, and got everything spotless. They really paid attention to detail, baseboards, fans, cabinets, all of it. Place looked better than when I moved in. Professional, quick, and no stress. Highly recommend if you want it done right.

Updated: As we moved in over the week following the cleaning I continued to find areas that hadn’t been touched. Clumps of dust along master bath bathtub walls, sinks, top shower edge. Areas of the floor that weren’t swept or mopped. And they didn’t so much as run a duster around the laundry room. Complete waste of money. They also added a $50 round trip travel fee, which was not in the original quote, which I was told about by phone the day before. But at that point my movers/other services were booked and I couldn’t opt to look for an alternative. Cancelling at that point also would have added a $50 cancellation fee.

Original post: I hired The Move Out Cleaning company for a full house regular Move In Clean and carpet cleaning. They arrived in their designated arrival window. The teams were very friendly and the customer care team had great communication. There were a few missed items (cleaning the sides of appliances and more attention was needed to baseboard dusting). I communicated the needs and they sent the team back out the next morning at no additional charge to ensure I was fully satisfied with service.

After reading reviews about this company, we thought it would be a good idea to use them. After they cleaned, I checked the quality of work within 24 hours, which is the company’s policy. I let my contact know that the entire first floor (wood) have not been cleaned. Baseboards hadn’t been wiped, tile floors and counters hadn’t been wiped down. They scheduled the crew to come back out the next business day. I left work to let them in, and the crew did not show up. Then they told me they had an emergency and couldn’t come until the afternoon. So instead of being at work, as I was supposed to be, I was there to let them in two times that day; and the second time I came back to check the work, they still had not cleaned the wood floor as well, and I had to stand there with them while they finished the job. The inconvenience I was caused was super frustrating. My contact was responsive and friendly but the crew was not. I would not recommend this company. You cannot get in touch with them by phone, only text. The crew also laughed when I told them how much I paid for the cleaning. The carpet cleaning was great, I will say.

We hired The Move Out Cleaning Co for our move-out, and they did a fantastic job! The house looked spotless from top to bottom, every detail was taken care of, from the floors and windows to all the little corners you don’t even think about. They were professional, efficient, and made the whole process so much less stressful. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough, reliable cleaning service.

Terrible. I drove from Austin to meet them at 12 to clean my previous apartment. They reached out once to tell me they would be late and then I couldn't get ahold of them until 2:30. They said it would be another 2 hours before they arrived. I had to cancel and will now have to make the drive once again once I can book another cleaning company. It is really frustrating that they wasted my time and did not communicate effectively. Would not recommend.

Spectacular service! I purchased my home and wanted it cleaned before moving in with my family — and they did a wonderful job! I was so pleased to have the stress lifted, knowing we were moving into a spotless, fresh home. When the movers arrived, everything was immaculate. Worth every penny! Highly recommend!
