David is wonderful and very responsive. The ladies are quick and do a very good job. The only thing I wish and this is just me from having housekeepers all my life is they use commercial cleaners and not my Mr. Clean or Fabulouso I enjoy those smells but I am not going to mark them off for that. ;)

We decided last minute (Saturday noon) to have our house cleaned on next Monday before the guest visit. Not only did David pull off an appointment on Monday, he doublechecked his schedule to match my demand for morning service.

This is my first time with his services but I'm already impressed with his fast scheduling, responses and excited to see how the team will clean looking at the nice reviews. Thanks David!

They are highly professional and very sweet. Also thorough and work with us regarding our two cats. They’re very careful not to let them out of the designated room because one of them will run outside if not careful. We’ve been using Maid Sense for about 6 months now and we are super happy and highly recommend them for anyone looking for high quality maid service at a good price.

Maid Sense cleaned our home yesterday and did an amazing job. The price was very competitive and they were extremely detail-oriented and made our house look brand new. Couldn't be more pleased with their work.

I had Dennise and Adela, from team #4 come out today. These ladies are the best. My house is so clean and smells great. I had a little extra job for them to do (moving some bags and boxes into my closet) and they glady did it for me. Thank you girls for doing such a great job. See you next time.

Their service is so consistent and detailed. Highly recommended! Over time, they learn your home well and put nice finishing touches on things.

This company is awful. The staff are completely untrained, they do a very surface-level poor job, they break things, they don't listen. The only upside is the low price and easy-to-use portal for billing and scheduling.

EDIT: The owner is now harassing me about my review. He claims my husband has somehow attacked him (he did not). We simply found our experience with Maid Sense below average, and we let him know that we saw one of his teams pull their car up onto the pavers of our church, near the fountain we use for baptism, to clean it out. This was something we reported to the owner only, we never contacted the church about it. We only intended for the owner to address this and not to harm him or his arrangement with the church. I have had to block his number and his e-mail address at this point, because 7 months later, he is still contacting me and harassing me about this matter.

I paid them an insane amount of money for a deep cleaning, they didn’t deep clean at all. The owner is shady as heck! He’s there questioning what I did for a living because he probably wondered how I could afford him. What does he care? Get to work and get out of my house. And his “team” didn’t even come back to deep clean as he promised. STAY FAR AWAY! shady guy.

Took awhile to find a good cleaning service. Very happy with Maid Sense. Reasonably priced and very responsive if there are any issues - which is rare.
