We absolutely love when Martha comes to clean our home each week! We have tried several different services (as well as several different Pro's) and Martha is by far the most consistent pro we have had the pleasure of working with. She is so sweet and a joy to have in our home. We are so grateful that our paths crossed!

We have fallen behind on cleaning because our child has been in and out of the hospital, and our house has gotten out of control (we are also dealing with post hurricane Harvey construction mess) and they cleaned our house from top to bottom and did not cut corners. It was so clean I almost cried and the ladies that came here were SO nice. I appreciated the great work they did and am just blown away by their professionalism.

we just start with MaidPro, we have 5 dogs and 2 cats. so crazy house. but Jimena and Suyi came and clean like brand new house. all of detail, also inspector came and check how they cleaned and keep it track. I can't stop of this service in my life. I 100% recommend Maid Pro. they made different life style.

they worked fast and were very thorough. they were very pleasant and were super sweet with my Great Dane who is a very nosey dog. would highly recommend Maid Pro. I have been using them for a while and I am always pleased with the job they do and with their professionalism.

Service has deteriorated considerably in the 5 years + I have used this co. Maids do not speak English but act like they do, cleans are superficial not dusting obvious things like chair frames. Base boards just getting more and more dirty. My last clean was so bad I called the office while she was till here and was given platitudes about how they would fix the problems. I was promised a really good maid for all future cleans whom they would make my regular maid. The woman showed up today and when I pointed out out all the things the last maid missed, she called her office saying she wasn't comfortable cleaning my home. Baloney. She just didnt want to do the work . Then the office called me and said that "I wasn't good fit". They have been cleaning this house for almost 4 years. When did I not become a good fit? They also refused to refund my last clean or take corrective action. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB too.

Today I have been serviced in our new home. We had a cleaning team and they did a great job. Have been very focused. No talking, no cell phone use in between. Cleaning has been very well done. Would like to have the same team (Maria and Yadirys) back.

Superb job by Juliana and Patricia at MaidPro!!! I've had different maids clean my home before but I'll say these maids definitely did an ultimate clean on my home!! I'm very grateful, MaidPro is so lucky to have these wonderful maids work for them.

It was my first time using a cleaning crew and they exceeded my expectations. Desiree and Gabriela were very quick and detailed. We just had our 3rd child last week and it was such a blessing to have such deep cleaning. Really pleased with Maidpro. I would recommend them to anyone.

The work was half done. We did a walk through once completed and it looked as if nothing was done. There was absolutely no attention to detail. I had to clean some of the areas again myself. When I spoke with the company requesting some of my money back they put the onus on us. They said that the cleaners went over 5 hrs on 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. When they cleaned my house before they did upstairs and downstairs in 6 hrs…. Make it make sense. The cleaners were going back and forth arguing, but the one that spoke English was right, she explicitly told the lady not to Rush because when you rush you miss things. She was absolutely right. The other cleaner did a half tail job because she was rushing. This was absolutely horrible. And of course the company will not compensate for there poor services other than to send some more cleaners to half clean and hurry. No thank you. We will never use your services again. It’s the audacity of you to try and put the onus on us. That is terrible service at it’s finest.

I have been a using Maid Pro for 3 years ,the service unquestionable the best ! My house is cleaned and refreshed constantly. When I come through the door after a long week its like walking into a Fancy Resort Hotel Room with all the personal touches., including a refreshing mint! The office is responsive and they have the best automated service Billing system automatic and they have their won access to my home. This makes it very convenient for a busy person like my self. And trust me guys "She'll like it too!
