Horrible! Don’t waste your time. I hired a move in DEEP clean. There was nothing deep about it. The lady didn’t clean my showers, did not even touch my kitchen, and honestly it wasn’t worth the money I paid. The cabinets are FILTHY and sticky (which I know she didn’t touch because i cleaned them and the stickiness was gone), the countertops are nasty & she did not wipe the corners down. I had to have the ONE lady who cleaned my home come back because my refrigerator and microwave was still dirty. The only thing she did was vacuum, sweep and mop my baseboards. My blinds are still dirty. I want to dispute this transaction so bad since I didn’t get what I paid for!!! Truly unacceptable!!!! Worst company ever. Just go with someone else. I expected my move in to be wonderful. I didn’t even have furniture in the home, it wasn’t bad! This was so bad.

I have used Maid Sense for a few years now. They are very consistent and the owner makes sure everything is always great. I’m writing this review because I had misplaced one of my favorite, very expensive Kendra Scott earrings and gave up trying to find it. Recently, one of their maids found it and put it on my nightstand. What a happy surprise! It must’ve rolled under the bed or under the nightstand, but thanks to by her thoroughness, she found it. I had looked there many times How about that!! Maids that FIND things by thorough cleanings and don’t take things!! Thank you Maid Sense!

MaidSense has been cleaning my gym (CrossFit Fulshear at Blue Eagle Fitness & Nutrition) for two years. The best feedback I can give is that my clients are impressed with the cleanliness of my facility. David and his crews do such a great job that MaidSense cleans my house in Cross Creek Ranch, too. :)

Cleaning team was thorough cleaning the house entirely. I've been using David's cleaning service for over a year. 99% of the time they do a great job, better yet if there is an issue Maid Sense will make it right.

The owner or whoever is in charge of reaching out to people is very rude, always. And cleaners aren’t worth the money.

The last cleaning was not good at all and when I left a review or told the manager his response is the house can’t be cleaned well then we can search for a different cleaner that doesn’t scoot trash under the bed. 130$ for 4 bedroom house is reasonable to expect that we won’t find trash in the corners of the house or the mop not done in the house. I would not spend my money with a company that doesn’t respect its clients and can’t take feedback.

My three bedroom under 2 hrs , they took care of every room . They did dishes and laid the bed and arranged a closet I have been avoiding for months . They treat you like family , it was a great experience and David was very understanding. I highly recommend

They did a fabulous job. They arrived at the scheduled time and worked efficiently to clean my home from top to bottom. They did a great job on our wood floors which are always hard to clean. Their prices are good and their customer service is unparalleled. Their owner is committed to making clients happy. I highly recomend them.

David and his teams have been helping me on two houses we own. He feels like a business partner helping on our Airbnb with his professional work. Even when we’re out of town David covers for me to give a personal touch for my guest. Strongly recommend Maid Sense!
