I have been using a maid service for the last 7 years and Gift Isaac of Maid Right is this best team I have had. They are always on time if not early. When they clean they add little touches like folding the corners on my toilet paper which makes me feel like I’m coming home to a hotel.

We’ve Maid Right for a few weeks now and are so pleased with the work that Kathy has done. The house looks great, she always communicates ahead of the scheduled day and she’s so nice! Thanks Kathy!

I love Kathy with Maid Right and coming home to a clean home! As a single mom in the military of a rambunctious child, I would much rather spend my time and energy with my daughter. Kathy not only respects my service and gives me that time for my child but also peace of mind of having a clean home. Kathy uses green products that do not aggravate or trigger my daughter's respiratory and allergy issues. I have reassurance that the air and rooms are clear of dirt and allergens. Finally, Kathy’s text reminders for services brightens my day every time. Thank you and see you soon!

Maid Right did a great job cleaning my home last minute for closing so I could ensure the new owners would be walking into a spotless house. Very friendly and professional with great response time and pricing. Highly recommend!

I've not been able to afford this luxury and much need service in today's non stop work 60 hours a week world. The Service took care of a phased deep cleaning. They have also worked around minor construction and 4 miniature schnauzers who own the home. Not to mention the frequently changing retail commission schedule. The are always early, they are always in a positive mood and ever so sofly sign Hyms like professionals. I'm at peace when the are there. Sorta of cleaning of the negative world as well. Ladies you are greatly appreciated and highly respected.

I wouldn’t say I’m extremely unhappy with the team cleaning my house. I do feel like they don’t dust well at all. Last visit half of my room was not cleaned. Is there a wreaking they don’t dust mop under the bed or any other furniture? It’s not furniture they would need to move. I’m hoping my next visit will be much better.

Maid Right is an excellent cleaning service, and I highly recommend it. Our housekeeper, Gift, is truly a gift. She is such a bright spirit and a hard worker. I look forward to seeing her.

I have had the absolute best experience with Maid Right of Katy.
First, they responded to my phone call within 10 minutes then on the appointed day they showed up exactly on time. If that wasn't enough to delight me, they took the time to manage my expectations. They told me exactly what to expect and then they did exactly what they said they would do. After all of that professionalism the icing on the cake was that they left me with a beautifully cleaned home. I sincerely hope that all of the homeowners in Katy get to experience this.

The cleaning services I received were excellent. I used Maid Right for a move-out cleaning before selling my former home. When I went in to check over the work completed I was stunned at how crisp and new everything including the appliances looked; part of me wanted to move right back in!

Great communication from the start. The team was punctual, efficient, and professional. Our house was super clean in the end. They even found my husband's wedding ring, which had been lost for months. I am looking forward to my recurring service with them.

The first time they came out, the team did an excellent job. I was there to supervise. On the second time, I left them alone and it was a world of difference. I came home to find they left in a hurry, leaving behind their own dirty bucket and sponge in the hallway. I didn’t feel I can trust them anymore when I’m not home as they wouldn’t do their job. I then tried to work with Maid right to reschedule them when I would be home, but since I was traveling out the country I couldn’t book it for 2 weeks. They then wanted to charge me even more… a surcharge, to delay the cleaning by a few days. I would only recommend this service if you can be home to supervise, if not then they won’t do a good job.

I've been using Maid Right of Katy for almost three years and have already had great experiences. The team does an excellent job of cleaning, is consistent, and effectively communicates. If there is ever an issue or something that I prefer differently, it's easy to reach out, communicate, and adjust.
