Maid Right did, and always does, a very thorough job. I've always been satisfied with the clean. They have also been really considerate when I've had to change my appt date/time. Would highly recommended. My mom upon seeing my house even decided to hire them!

I've been a client of Maid Right since January 2016. They have several teams that work together and are assigned to certain houses, so you get the same team every time. There is a very thorough initial appointment where they establish your needs and tell you what they can offer. All cleaning products, environment friendly supplies and equipment is provided. I usually leave a note to highlight the special needs for that week's visit and all my requests are met. The housekeepers are very courteous, they call a day before the cleaning day and let me know when they finished. We work during the day, so we trust them with all our belongings, I even forgot my jewelry at home one morning, never had anything missing. A well organized, tight operation which I can wholeheartedly recommend.

I have been with Maid right for a while don’t have any complaint. Very professional and the workers are nice and polite. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to take care of My Home.

Terrible service, lazy and rude, would not respond to calls and emails seeking a resolution and unprofessional conduct leaving the house a mess and sweeping rubbage into my porch. Very dissatisfied

Maid right of Katy did an outstanding job cleaning and spiffing up my rent home after I moved out this weekend. I feel positive that my landlord will be pleased because they did such a great job. The prices were more than fair compared to other cleaning companies I researched before deciding to hire them. I received a courtesy reminder the day before and they did show up on time and exceeded my expectations. I would refer them and will use them again.

A+ Customer service experience from prompt response to quote inquiry, fast short-notice scheduling, excellent customer service, phenomenal cleaning crew (Crystal and Gift were detail-oriented, professional and kind!). We have been so pleased with Maid Right. They do a great job and I love the little touches. The staff are wonderful, great with my pets, and the house has never looked better. Highly recommend.

Maid Right was very easy to work with. I was able to schedule a cleaning with ease and the team showed up on time and ready to clean. Not to mention they did a remarkable job! We requested a deep clean so we could put our house on the market and it was sparkling by the time the team was done. Great work and worth every penny!

The ladies did a good job on cleaning, but they didn't clean my ceiling fans lights, some things they didn't dust. My glass on my coffee tables we still dirty and streaked. Some corners still hadn't been cleaned. They didnt put things back where they got them. Small things they missed doing. Other than that, it was ok. If u decide to use this company, DO NOT let a lady name GIFT clean for u. She said she moved my funiture out and cleaned and put back. Lies. Inwas told that they arent allowed to move furniture, so i moved it the night before. I removed everything out of my window seat
so they could get to window seal. My shower tile was still dirty. I dont recommend this companies service. Because they dont stand by their work and dont make sure customer is satisfied.

Maid Right was such a blessing. They had great communication from the start, very reasonable prices, excellent work. On top of all that, when our renters weren't out on time they were flexible and able to reschedule us quickly with a very reasonable fee for needing to reschedule- which we were aware of from the beginning.

I received MAID RIGHT move out deep clean service on 3/15/2022.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. I hired them to do a move-out deep clean, and the results are extremely disappointing. The shower booths still had water stains, and, inside and outside of ovens were still dirty with grease spots and crumbs on the sole.

When I texted Maid Right (one of the maids) to re-clean the parts that were incomplete the day I received the service, she said that the earliest day she could come was Friday (3/18/2022) However, on our contract, it said that they would come and improvise in 48 hours, which was clearly out of the contract. Also, they kept saying there’s nothing they can do further, about the parts I asked to re-clean, but when I cleaned the shower booths and oven, all the water stains, oven grease, and other gunk came off. We had to re-clean the house ourselves overnight, because we had to be ready to sell the house as of Tuesday.

The next day(3/16/2022), I made a call to complain what happened on 3/15/2022 to the manager of Maid Right, and the manager told me that all she will offer is to re-clean today when we already cleaned EVERYTHING overnight! Also, when I told her that we cannot trust her with her service anymore to give us another clean, she said “Well, that’s unfortunate.”

This is definitely NOT worth my $506 and my time. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied, not only with the cleaning, but even more disappointed at the customer service.

This was the worst service I have ever received in any service-related job. The booking process was very easy, and Cindy was extremely helpful and pleasant. The problem started as soon as the 3 cleaning ladies arrived. They acted like they were on their last leg and hated their job. I realize cleaning other people’s houses might not be the dream job, but you can at least “fake it” when you meet the client. I should have known this was not going to go well when I was asked to walk around and show what was needed to be done. I paid for a "DEEP CLEAN"! That means everything cleaned from top to bottom. (read your services posted on website) They were there about 1 and 1/2 hours and as soon as I walked through the door, I noticed the following things: baseboards were not touched, dusting furniture was not done, blinds were not cleaned, cleaning doors and frames were not completed, vacuuming only the center of rooms, food stuck on floor, and much more. I contacted Cindy immediately and she sent out the “lead cleaner” to come back and redo areas. She was upset for having to return and was rude. She wanted me to walk around and show her missed places. There were so many areas missed that if I have to hold her hand to show her what to redone, I might as well clean the house myself! There were areas missed all through the house and when she started to redo some areas she would say "I personally did this room" and do a few swipes. I asked if she thought it was clean and she said "you just saw me do it". She proceeded to tell me that the dust was construction dust. I don't care what kind of dust it is, just remove it. It was obvious things were not going to get resolved with her attitude. She was asked to leave, and Cindy was called. Cindy was sent pictures of things that were not cleaned. She sent a text stating that areas were skipped, and she her lead cleaner had some "personal issues". She said that she discussed the issues with her "lead" and she would send out another crew the next day. I exchanged texts with Cindy, and she agreed to send somebody out on Monday. I was unsure if this would be ok with my daughter as she would need to leave a key out under her door mat. Cindy then inadvertently sent me a text (meant for her employee) that made me look as if I was acting ridicules and had emojis that displayed her annoyance with me for requesting the I needed to check with my daughter. I texted Cindy back and told her to forget about coming back given the inadvertent text she sent. I later talked to my daughter, and she told me to have them come back since I had spent so much money. I texted Cindy and told her that my daughter would leave the key under her door mat on Monday and to let me know when they were leaving so a neighbor could come get the key. Cindy NEVER responded and they did not show up on Monday. I then requested a partial refund and received no response. I was just trying to do a good deed for my daughter! I never thought that Anybody could receive such inexcusable service. Cindy may respond that she offered to send someone to correct the problem. However as you can see, her employees are not capable of correcting these problems, as they make excuses for everything they missed. Cindy’s “24 Hour Customer Satisfaction” is worthless. I will be contacting the franchise, BBB, Facebook, internet, and word of mouth.

My husband was supposed to call MaidPro (we've used them before), but accidentally called Maid Right instead. No big deal I thought, it's all the same....I thought. Well...

Paid for a deep cleaning with the intent on scheduling recurring services; however, after the deep cleaning was poorly performed I decided to not use their services again and go back to MaidPro.

I let the cleaners know a few things they missed before they left, but honestly there was too many missed areas to keep pointing out. I informed Cindy and gave her a breakdown of things missed and I got this feeling she didn't care. Her response back was basically, "We are sorry to hear that you weren't pleased with the work that Gift provided. Hopefully they corrected the other areas that were missed. We do hope that you find a maid service that works well for your family."
Well THEY could have worked well for us if they actually did their job. I'm not expecting over the top or anything unrealistic. I was hoping for the same level of service provided by our previous cleaning service. I took a chance on these guys and was disappointed.
Thanks for reaching out. However, we were not 100% satisfied with the service. We think our prior cleaning service did a better job, so we won't be moving forward with your recurring services.

-Pet hair left behind during vacuuming (she said her vacuum didn't have an attachment that would help with the carpeted stairs better). How does a professional cleaning service not have vacuum attachments for cleaning carpeted stairs?!
-Missed areas with dusting (top of dresser, washer/dryer appliances, and lamp and picture frames)
-Missed cleaning part of kitchen counter
-Baseboards under kitchen cabinets not cleaned
-Did not use empty dishwasher to put dishes in (I unloaded the dishwasher ahead of them arriving, but they never used it and instead washed everything by hand and left a lot of dishes on the counter to dry which just added to a "cluttered" look). Our last service would load the dishwasher.
-They moved items to clean the bathroom counters and then didn't put anything back (I don't expect them to remember where everything goes, but our prior cleaning service would tidy up the items and make it look presentable, not just leave stuff scattered all over the place).
-Didn't wipe down the glass on the inside of some of the windows (our prior cleaning service offered this quick clean of the windows and Maid Right does not offer this as part of their cleaning).

I called at the last minute of moving in for a deep cleaning, they were very quick and finished just in time for me to hand over the keys. The house was very clean, almost as if no one had lived there!
