First time with Maid in Katy. Madison was excellent! Very thorough and very careful. Also accommodating to me being at home. I'm looking forward to working with Madison on an ongoing basis.

Candace and Haley did the first clean for me today as we begin a regular weekly cleaning cycle. The house looks great and smells incredibly clean. We have brand new dark hardwood floors that show dust, dirt, and footprints and however they clean them, they look shiny and spotless. The carpets even have the nice straight vacuum pattern. They worked efficiently and thoroughly, and worked around us while we were at home. Michelle was quick and responsive when I requested a quote, prices seem competitive with other companies, and then she came today to check in on the cleaning process and called this afternoon to confirm we were satisfied.

Katy Maids offers a fantastic service. We had the pleasure of having Kassidy and Kristin service us, and they were so kind, professional, and thorough. We’ve never used a cleaning service before and were immensely impressed with the overall quality, and we felt confident in their services. They truly eased our minds. Thanks to this amazing team! We will definitely use again.

We started with Maid in Katy in November 2024. Jashlyn and Melena did an excellent job with the initial cleaning. Brene has cleaned the last 5 times. We are very happy with her hard work in making our house look great! Michelle has been very prompt with answering emails and with scheduling our cleanings. We would definitely recommend this company.

Jashlyn and Kayla were absolutely amazing! Our house looks and smells incredible. We had to step out to sign our closing papers, and one of our dogs managed to escape twice — but they handled it so well! I’m really happy with their work and couldn’t be more pleased.

We have used Maid in Katy for several years and they have always been fantastic! They are very accommodating with schedules and easy to communicate with - I know anytime I need to get ahold of them, they will respond very quickly! Destiny is trustworthy, consistently on time and does a great job with our bi-weekly cleanings. My review is not unfortunate. It's a reflection of poor experience I've had. What I learned from my conversation is that the team you send to do the initial cleanings are the ones who have the"winning "training. When I asked if I can get those girls to come back to clean my home I was told they don't do recurring cleanings . So I was left stuck with girls who don't know how to make a bed or wipe down a toilet. My home was not cleaned in accordance to my agreement. There was no effort to correct any of that or compensate me for the lack of quality. I looked at your reviews majority of them are from the initial cleaning which is a great service from your best workers. It's the recurring cleaning that's the issue because of the poorly trained staff you send. I'm happy to no longer waste money with your company and encourage others not to do the same.

Doing business with Maid in Katy started off really good and then quality got extremely poor. What I expected was quality cleaning in accordance with my agreement. What I received was : poor communication, dirty dishes being put in my clean dish rack ( why do this?) , countertops not being wiped off, trash left on the floor behind the trash cans, smeared mirrors, rings in the bathtub, toilets not wiped down properly, and poorly made beds. I literally had to show one of the girls how to make a bed( Wow!). No offer to correct anything or compensate me in any way were made. What's the point in hiring a cleaning service if I have to clean after they leave or show them how to do things?

They send their best team to do the initial cleaning to get you excited and locked into an agreement. After that you get people are unskilled to do what they are hired for. When I brought this to their attention along with concerns about lack of communication regarding fees. I was treated rudely and dismissively. I do not recommend this company unless you don't mind cleaning up after them or hovering over them to ensure they clean well. Hiring a company should be stress free and seamless. This what I experienced and was a waste of money.

We first hired Maid in Katy through a holiday special, and the experience was so good that we immediately signed up for bi-weekly cleanings. Jashlyn is wonderful. She consistently goes above and beyond. When she returned the following week to finish the remaining rooms, she had extra time and chose to clean our kitchen again without being asked. That level of care really stood out.
She is thorough, kind, and easy to interact with. She even takes time to pet our cats when she’s here, which we love. We are very happy with Maid in Katy and especially with Jashlyn’s work.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! My house was cleaned very well for a reasonable price. The cleaner came in on her Saturday off to help prepare my home for guests. Thank you!! Another happy customer.

Our experience with Sunrise Maids was exceptional. Martha did a fantastic job and worked hard to be sure we were satisfied and we certainly were. The customer service from Adam, the owner, and the cleaning service from Martha was excellent, and we will definitely schedule again. Nothing but high recommendations for Martha and Sunrise Maids!

It has been my experience in the past that finding someone that knows how to clean isn't really the issue.. it's finding reliability. I like a good structured schedule so I can plan/rely on my schedule. With that being said I have only had one cleaning (my first cleaning) with Sunrise Maids.

They arrived around the time they said that they would be here and got to work quickly. They were in and out in about 3 hours and they did a pretty good job with putting things back to where they picked them up from. I usually expect a learning period for house keepers to learn how I like things in my home and slowly start showing them how I like things.
