Bre is an absolute gem! Not only does she leave our home spotless, but it’s the thoughtful little touches that truly set her apart. My daughter adores Bre because she always takes the time to organize and arrange her toys in her room in fun, creative ways. It’s those sweet, personal details that show how much Bre genuinely cares. She goes above and beyond, and we’re so grateful to have her!

Maid in Katy has been a life saver, especially after becoming new parents. Mimi has been working with us every other week for almost a year now. She takes her time and does such a good job with the floors- my least favorite chore. Also, absolutely amazing making beds, feels like walking into a hotel. It’s such a treat to get home from work and walk into a clean home. Grateful for the predictable and thorough work.

Jashlyn and Kassidy did a tremendous job on our house. We started off our service with a deep clean, and they did a very thorough job. Working with Michelle has been quick and easy. Looking forward towards our new biweekly service!

Getting a house ready for sale is always stressful but Kristin, Brene and Kassidy came out and had our house looking and smelling amazing before our Open House. Highly recommend this company and this team of young ladies.

With me having a two year-old and working full-time, Maid of Katy was extremely helpful in keeping our home tidy. I really appreciated the communication and adjusting of schedule when my family and I went home for the holidays or requested the upstairs to be cleaned when family and friends visiting. As long as notice was given well in advance, Michelle was wonderful and adjusting the schedule. The cleaners were very polite, on time, thorough in cleaning our home. Very appreciative of the quality of cleaning Maid of Katy provided on a monthly basis.

Our home was given a top to bottom cleaning today by Emily and Jess from Maid in Katy. They were so nice and very efficient. The house just feels and smells so much better now, and I especially loved having the baseboards and shutters dusted, and just knowing all the nooks and crannies were cleaned really well. It was overdue! Overall, we are really happy with the results and can't wait for our next recurring appointment!

I have been using Maid in Katy for several years, both as monthly cleaning and deep cleaning as needed. I recently had Kassidy and Melena come for a deep cleaning. They worked non-stop and did such an amazing job. I love that Maid in Katy is pet-friendly as well. I will definitely continue to use them.

I can't express enough how amazing and professional Maid in Katy is. Consistently great results and very nice people all around. Michaela (office manager) is very responsive to text messages and usually replies within a few minutes. She also lets me know well ahead of time if my regular service needs to be rescheduled and is very flexible with scheduling. I hope whoever is considering their service will try them out! I always tried to tip when I could because this is very often a thankless and difficult job, but they've saved me a ton of time and elbow grease when I needed it.

We absolutely loved having Kassidy and Jashlyn clean our home for our first service with Maid in Katy. Our home felt, looked, and smelled so good after our top to bottom clean. We have two little kids and even they noticed a difference. We are very much looking forward to our bi-weekly cleanings :)

I have been using Maid in Katy since she started. I absolutely love the company and the ladies. This week I had Giselle who cleaned my house. She is new staff member and did an exceptional job. First time not being there to observe the cleaning but my daughter was there. To my surprise when I came home and checked, everything was cleaned better than before. Was not sure that was possible. This is proof on the owner of Maid in Katy and how she trains and expects her team to clean each house. I will not go anywhere else for house cleaning!!

Maid in Katy provides the best quality and most consistent service for housekeeping. Today I had the pleasure of Candace. She did an exceptional job today. Was patient to working around my Covid-19 home office situation. Than you again for an exceptional job!

As usual Maid in Katy provided highest quality service. Destiny was super friendly and attentive. She checked and double checked to ensure she cleaned everything to my expectation. We always look forward to the week that Bre comes to our house. She makes everything fresh and clean, of course, but also we just love her. She is kind and bright, and she is so patient with our 3 year old who loves to talk with her about dinosaurs and marine reptiles. We would give her 10 stars if we could!

Melena (Mimi) and Madison did a great job with our biweekly cleaning this week. Melena has been cleaning our home regularly for quite a while and she always does a great job. She also so sweet to our dog, letting him out as needed while she’s working. Thanks so much ladies!! You both do great work!!

However what makes Maid in Katy a true stand out is the people. From Michelle the owner, to her staff (especially Alia,the newest part of our extended family), should be the main reason you welcome them into your family routine as well. Kristin and Kassidy did an amazing job cleaning our home. They made the toilets look brand new and were able to clean baseboards and stair boards that I was sure needed repainting. Highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs.

Jashlyn and Kassidy arrived promptly at our scheduled time and were extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. They were great with my goofball of a dog as well! They did a fantastic job and I came home to a very clean house that smelled equally fantastic.
