Our electrician mistakenly punctured a pipe behind our vanity. Had a plumber come out ASAP that previously did some work for us on a garbage disposal and he wanted to charged $650😩😳.

Found Mercy Plumbing on Google and they had Nathanial come out within the hour! Nathanial was very pleasant, friendly, and explained to us in detail what needed to be done. He made sure he did the job correctly and efficiently! They were 10/10! Definitely saving them for future plumbing needs!!

I wanted to reach out to Mercy Plumbing and let them know that they really helped me out of a jam My Air Conditioner line to my sink was clogged and backing up into the sink. They came right away and the Technician I sorry I can't remember his name. He was very knowledgeable and knew right what to do.

Mercy Plumbing was quick to respond to our broken pipe that unfortunately occurred in the late evening/early night. Even though Luc was done for the day, he came out and fixed everything for us with a smile on his face. He was very nice and professional. He explained everything to us as went along. Mercy Plumbing was on time, courteous and professional. They successfully cleared my clogged AC drain line and provided needed maintenance on my water heater. They explained each step they took and how to maintain the line in the future. The owner and his sons were fast, friendly and efficient. Cleaned up very well at completion. I hired them to do an unclogging and redoing the plumbing to my manufactured home. I had a few complexities and they worked with me on them. This is so rare! The owner John is very nice and easy-going.

Mercy Plumbing has always been a reliable and trustworthy company that I have used over the years. I recently called them to hook up the gas line to the fireplace. John (the owner) was very professional, showed up within an hour of my call, and listened to what I needed. As he has done in the past, John gave multiple options and recommendations. I had a difficult leak coming out the slab of my home and John the owner spent nearly an hour troubleshooting for no cost. As he predicted, cutting the wall revealed a leak in the water line running to my kitchen island through the slab. Luke and partner did an excellent job and were able to complete the difficult task of running new waterlines to my kitchen island through the existing casing (avoiding the huge cost of digging). Mercy is very responsive and does great work for a fair price. Highly recommend!

*CAUTION WITH HIRING ON WHOLE HOME FILTRATION* The team was hired to install a whole home filtration system. We were assured this would be an easy install. During the install process one of the workers pressurized a carbon filter that exploded and stained our wall. Additionally, they “claimed” to clean our water heater tank by draining it but did not provide any agitation during the process. Flash forward several months later after still having issues with water quality we spoke with a second plumbing team AND a water softening expert and realize the filtration system was indeed not installed correctly. EXTREMELY disappointed with this company and will be cautioning others against them!

I recently used Mercy Plumbing to replace/install a new hot water heater at my home. I was thoroughly impressed with Nathaniel as he changed out the hot water heater in no time at all and was very courteous and knowledgeable when it came to any questions that I had. I thought that the pricing for the installation was extremely fair and I would recommend Mercy Plumbing to any one looking to repair/replace their hot water heater or to take care of any other plumbing needs. I had a clogged sink yesterday and had to look up plumbers online. Found Mercy Plumbing, the lady I spoke to was very courteous and helpful. Fast forward to this afternoon, someone calls me from there that they are on their way. He comes in, gives me the cost, then discounts it, and even though I couldn’t afford it right away, the guys (who are actually brothers) - Nathaniel and Nicholas were very nice about it, giving advice on what to do and all. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED and even more to know they work with their Dad. Honestly, these two young men are the best tradesmen I have ever encountered in decades. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
