I recently had the pleasure of working with, John, of Mercy Plumbing for a leak inside my home. I can confidently say they deserve every one of these five stars! From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was outstanding. They scheduled an appointment quickly and even came 2 hours sooner (dripping water inside the house counts as urgent)!

John was extremely professional and courteous. He diagnosed the leak promptly and provided a detailed explanation of the necessary repairs. What impressed me most was his transparency about the costs and his honesty about what needed immediate attention versus what could wait.

The quality of work was exceptional. John and his team worked efficiently, ensuring that everything was fixed to the highest standard. They respected my home, leaving the workspace cleaner than when they arrived. The whole process was smooth, hassle-free, and stress-free.

This is our second time having the guys from Mercy out to our home. The first time was to repair toilets. The second time was more cosmetic, replacing our kitchen sink and faucet. Each time they came, everyone was knowledgeable of their craft and took the time to explain each step of their work. I thought the prices were fairly reasonable each time. I would suggest scheduling on a day where you have some time. Unfortunately with plumbing, issues can arise that may take a little longer(that’s with any type of plumbing) But you will not be disappointed! I’m planning to make some other changes in my home and will definitely call these guys out. Pic attached!

I am always nervous about calling new service companies as you never know what you are going to get. I had some plumbing issues at a house I was renting after recently moving to the area and called Mercy Plumbing after seeing their trucks in the neighborhood. John came right out, knew exactly what the problem was, called his son who works with him, and they fixed it on the spot. This was not an easy problem to fix (sewer issue), but Mercy got the job done fast, and for much less than I expected. Thank you!

Mercy plumbing is amazing! I messed up replacing bathtub faucet cartridge and had emergency leak situation. I called Jon and he arrived very quickly and did the job in about 15 minutes. Not only he fixed the issue but also identified another leak issue in my water heater that I would have never noticed and suggested to call my home warranty instead of making money.

I got a knock on my door and a ring of the doorbell to alert me that my tree and flower bed were on fire. Had these men not been driving by, this could have been devastating. When I went back to check my camera I saw these guys spring into action to get this fire contained quickly. This palm in the picture is completely dead and would have surely reached the roof quickly if they hadn’t stopped.
Although I I have not used their services professionally yet, I will be sure to call them and refer them. To me this shows true character and I will most certainly be using them for my plumbing needs.

Great service! I had a clogged drain in an upstairs sink which I could not snake myself after trying and trying.
He came super fast after I called and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Explained the process and the issue. Offered preventative options but focused on the request, gave a good deal and got the drain flowing again.
Would definitely recommend!

I’d give them 10 stars. Great company from the first call. Nice lady answered the phone and she immediately understood our urgent situation. She got a team t our house within an hour. The plumbers were awesome and fixed our problem with professionalism and speed. Unreal service these days. Really really appreciated them. They were our third call and stepped in to rescue us. So grateful. Call them for help. You will be pleased.

Had a water heater go out on a Sunday. Mercy was able to come out, replace the water heater, and get the job finished within just a couple of hours. Would definitely use their services again.

Mercy Plumbing came in and helped us with an emergency. They were able to get here very quickly, and diagnosed the problem accurately and fast. They were extremely kind and patient with us and had our business up and running in no time. We are very thankful and will continue to use them in the future.

I called to have a toilet pulled for a construction project. I got a lecture on how they see this type of project all the time and it is always trouble. They should come out and check etc etc. Felt like a pat on the head, patronizing, let's look out for the little woman who doesn't know anything, type of conversation.
I did schedule an appointment because I needed the toilet removed. The first plumber that I called, called me back and we were able to set a time without a lecture and I was treated as an actually intelligent human being.
I called Mercy Plumbing back immediately to cancel the appointment so they would not be losing time on me. When I called, I was told that they were losing money because I did a google search to find a plumber and happened to choose them. Apparently I cost them $100 for calling them for a job. Well they do not ever have to worry about that again. Mercy Plumbing is on a do not call list for our household.
My fault that I actually sat thru this critique of my life choices.

I spoke to John over the phone. He was able to give me a great deal for repairing a leaky exterior main water pipe and valve. Nathaniel came out for the same-day repair. He's very professional and courteous.
