Last night i had a gas leakage in my dryer gas valve. It seems when LG technician was installing the new dryer they cracked the valve.
Anyhow i contacted Mercy Plumbing late night, they responded immediately.
Nathaniel showed up 10min prior and started to work on it. He checked the whole house if they were any leakage and he mentioned that it will take around 60~90min but actually finished in 45min. He is also very knowledgeable in his work, super nice and explained the current situation.

I called to request a quote for a water heater installation and was told that someone would need to come out to assess the current setup in order to provide an accurate estimate, which I completely understand. However, during the call, the representative stated that he was “losing $100” just by being on the phone with me. That comment was off-putting and unprofessional, and it immediately changed my impression of the company.
As a customer, I’m calling in hopes of receiving helpful guidance and good service—not to be made to feel like a burden. Rather than continuing the conversation, I let him know I would not be moving forward with their services and ended the call. Seems like they have enough business by his attitude.

John is very knowledgeable. More important, he is honest and a straight shooter. He will tell you straight if something is not right and help you understand why. I like it. We had to reroute a gas line to the outdoor kitchen. I had another contractor come in to give me an estimate. But what John proposed was brilliant. Julian and his coworker did most of the work. It was thorough. Their price was reasonable and affordable. It took them over a day to finish the entire work. I will use them in the future. I strongly recommend them.

Ken is my go to plumber. I met him through another local electrician on a joint project. They often work together. He does fantastic, honest work. You're missing out if you just assume your missing something by not choosing a corporate plumbing company with 9000 reviews and 8 different contractors.

Called Tuesday during the snowmegedon and was told he was booked until the following Tuesday, so I scheduled for the following Tuesday. Reached out Monday to ensure he was still coming out and was told he would be coming in the afternoon on Tuesday, 1500 rolls around on Tuesday with no call so I went ahead and called to be told he could come out Wednesday. Found another plumber to come out within the hour to get us up and running. Truly unprofessional.

I've used them several times. The first was when I had a problem with a new wall mounted toilet. The installer installed it and it leaked, 3-4 other plumbers including a master plumber who came out of retirement could not fix it. AAAlways did and they have been my go to plumber ever since.

Had a pipe burst outside after it froze. I was able to get a hold of them and we were lucky they could make it out the next day! They were able to get our water going again. Very professional, very friendly, and very fair on the price! Thank you very much gentlemen!
