After severe foundation work it was recommended to get a hydrostatic sewer line test, So I called the Trade Society based on their high reviews. Joey, a master plumber came out to run the test, it failed! 😞 he also ran a camera line and did a smoke test to locate leak. We had to dig 2 holes in house to neutralize and solve the issue. Tunneling under the slab wasn’t fun but Joey and the Trade Society walked my wife and I through it. We are beyond happy, We are grateful! 😃 the price was right and the work was above and beyond. Thanks again Joey, and thank you Trade Society.

Their plumber Ivan did work on a bad outside leak. Service was quick after dealing with non-service related issues. Thank you very much Veronica and Ivan!

Happy with the dishwasher install. They did arrive about 20 min outside of the window, but they completed the job. We had an issue with the door and they came back the next day to fix it, which we really appreciated.

We were having trouble with water in our walls
and ceiling, and after having roofers, and plumbers, and A/C people in, we were told that the cause was two-fold; a leaking pipe in the attic, and water in the A/C vents. Joey
recommended an A/C company, and he and his crew took over the plumbing. Through the whole repair job he was very efficient and answered all of our questions. His crew was courteous and careful during the whole operation - very quiet and unobtrusive. I would recommend him highly. His wife handles the office and is a peach. As an aside, I
bought a dozen hedge plants while this was going on. As he finished his plumbing job, I was digging holes for planting. He sent his workers Jacob and Jose to help me finish the job. You can't beat that.

They only recommended what truly needed to be repaired/fixed, and didn't upsell on any other services that were not required. The team was professional, and kept me informed on every step of the job. Scheduling was easy & they were able to offer same day & next day appointment options. They were friendly, professional, assessed my situation, & provided a cost quote up front before any work was started. They did a great job fixing 2 different plumbing issues. They even brought shoe covers & cleaned up the work areas before leaving. In the end, the final bill was lower than the initial cost quote!

I can be hard on trades because of my own background and knowledge. That said, Javier is a true 5 star plumber. He'll educate you, check in with you as things are discovered, and problem solve with you. Knowledgeable and honest guy.

Javier was able to fix a clogging issue we were having at our house. Even though pretty much every place we called was book for about two weeks, he managed to fit us in his schedule. He was very friendly, respectful and professional. He explained to us the cause of the issue and answered any questions we had. After he was done, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was clean and ready to go. His pricing is very reasonable. Javier and son helped me yesterday with an emergency . My ywater heater just gave up . I opened a request on Thumbtack around 6PM , he called me right away . Came to my place in 45 min, assessed the situation and explained to me a replacement was needed. We went together to Home Depot , he recommended the proper water tank and some additional connections . Service was done before 9PM and we had hot water again. Great Service and in special the timing was perfect. I am not used with this type of time response and willingness to help ! I strongly recommend Atomic Drains and Plumbing ( they are based in Katy, TX )
