Dalton contacted me 20 minutes prior to arriving at my home to let me know he was on the way. The phone call was very professional and courteous. Once Dalton arrived at the house. He introduced himself to me and explained to me what he was going to do so we proceeded to do what he needed to do in order to detect the leak in the home. Once he finished with the inside of the home, he went outside did several tests with a meter to determine whether we had a leak or not, and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend Dalton and loyalty, plumbing for your plumbing needs

He gave an estimate which I didn’t agree with so he verified with the office and provided an update more reasonable estimate, although I think it is too much of a simple outdoor water valve replacement. However the repair is done and I may consider Loyalty Plumbing for future work.

He gave a very thorough explanation of what was needed and why, gave me the option to have someone from Loyalty come to repair the small hole in the garage wall that was necessary to replace the pipes.
