When our water heater when out we called Jerry and he was quick to respond. Within 24 hours he installed a new water heater. He was very professional to work with and his pricing was fair. We will definitely be calling Lone Wolf Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

Had an outdoor hose bib that needed replacing. Jerry had the best pricing of all the plumbers I called in the Katy area. No extra trip charge either (as long as you are in the service area). Excellent service! This is our second time using them and we are very happy with their work. They are honest and professional. They came out on Saturday to fix a leak on our water heater. He said he’d squeeze us in around 1 and was here at exactly 1pm. After fixing the leak, we decided that we should just go ahead and replace the water heater as it was 11 years old. Jerry said he’d come back Monday around noon and he was here exactly at noon! He didn’t charge extra for Friday’s repair. I am so grateful!

My backflow preventer was cracked and they fixed it within the day for a reasonable price. Jerry was great and gave me some advice on other plumbing questions I had.

Jerry came to check an issue with my sprinkler zones not working. He patiently walked through possible causes and finally figured out the problems for both zones. The problems were fixed quickly. He helped us get our installation done promptly and we were able to finish out our job sooner than expected. The job went smoothly and we were kept in the loop as far as progress. We didn’t struggle at all during the different phases of the project.

Payment:
When it came time to finalize payment, we were provided with an easy and convenient link to pay our invoice. We could’ve also paid in person but the convenient invoice sent via email meant that I didn’t have to change my plans to pay for the work.

Overall great experience and I will definitely be calling Lone Wolf next time we need a plumber in Katy where our home is.
