While we are a construction company that handles most plumbing in-house, we subcontract major or specialized plumbing work, and Dalton demonstrated strong knowledge of his trade. We built our home 4 years ago and had a water softening system put in shortly after, unfortunately we didn’t have the most honest salesperson. We spent a lot of money on half the system we needed, I’ll take some blame on not doing the proper research. We’ve already had to replace “upgraded” appliances, so I decided dig into it. I called the guys at Mr.Rooter off a referral and I can say this was a completely different experience. First off they worked with my schedule and kept in constant communication all the way till arrival. Secondly, the guys looked at my system and explained what the system was missing, and what needed to be re-worked. They knew their business like a second language and when I didn’t understand Wes would explain it in non plumber terms. I decided to upgrade my system and add a filter to remove the chemicals. So now we have softened and pure water running throughout the house. I as expecting to have to wait a few more days for the tech to come out but to my surprise, these guys are the plumbers, not just inspectors/salesman. They hooked up my system in about an hour and left everything looking clean and neat. Awesome work gentleman. I will be using the company for all my plumbing needs going forward.

If I could give a million stars I would!! Wes is amazing!! He came out on Easter weekend (left a family event to come) and within minutes he figured out what was wrong, our AC unit was leaking.. He unclogged the drain and contacted the water mediation company for us. He is trustworthy and honest!! If you have any plumbing needs call Wes!!!!

Their consultant came to the house and spent nearly an hour with us and provided six different options—including a possible rebuild that could save us a lot of money. Called Greg for a leaky shower. He came out the same day, even 2 hrs before the time he told me. He was in an out quickly and was very professional, respectful, and fast. Keeping him in my contacts for sure.

Outstanding! Jennifer was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, helping us design our new kitchen and baths. Delivery of the kitchen was on time and installed perfectly. For the bathrooms, Jennifer again was extremely talented, helping to pull everything together. I just visited and she even helped us pick perfect coordinating paint colors, along with samples.
