Texas Strong came out and diagnosed my Mom's water heater issue. They got her replacement the same day and cleaned up behind themselves. Great job, strongly recommend them.

Excellent service by Travis and Christian. Spent time trying to assess the problem and took the effort to describe the issue. Waited for City of Bellaire to show up and explain to them and waited till they started to attempt to resolve the issue. After Bellaire assessed it was not in their domain under the street, Texas Strong Plumbing came back on the weekend and worked on the problem and after digging up and confirming the issue was indeed with city of Bellaire, they waited almost an hour till a Bellaire staff could come over on the weekend with their equipment and explained the issue again to them till they were able to clear the clog with the City lines. Travis and Christian then fixed what they had dug up. Felt they went above and beyond the service expected as did the City of Bellare responding after hours and on weekend. Kudos to the excellent team at Texas String Plumbing. You are awesome !

Travis was extremely knowledgeable and professional and very friendly. I knew he wanted to help us but the prices were just too high. We couldn’t afford the work.

I called because I saw all five star ratings. Then I personally experienced what the five star service was supposed to be. I was going to install a Control Valve to shut off the water line to my house. Shane, the plumber came to my house, and walked around and told me I had one already, he demonstrated the way to turn it on and off, surprisingly, even waived the trip charge!! Wow, unbelievable! This company will be my plumbing needs for the rest of my life!

It was a major repair. Leaking sink plumbing complicated by rust and clogging AC drain line. Old plumbing totally replaced and new faucet installed and AC drain line cleaned. Great job by very courteous and well trained team. Thankful for a job well done and the clean up job was amazing.

A little pricey on snaking the main line but Travis made it up in my mind by having to clean out old toilet for testing flush...etc. Which had to happen to replace toilet regardless. Travis mannerism and professionalism stood out in my mind against the many plumbers I had out here. The man deserves a raise.

The workers showed up on time and did the work as asked . The problem came when I was asked to pay a bill. I was not informed they charge $274.00 per hour! My attorney does not even charge that much! I should have asked but I trusted them. I had used them before. Obviously their rates have gone up! Buyer beware and ask for the charges up front before proceeding so this does not happen to you.

Guys were great. Plumber showed up at my house on time. Performed the work perfectly and was out within 2 hours. No plumbing issues since. Thanks Texas Strong Plumbing for a job well done. Happy customer.

Although the repair was completed with good communication on scheduling and arrival, the cost of the repair was significantly more than what we were expecting to pay. $566.90 to change a shower cartridge and a toilet angle stop and supply line. This price includes an $85 trip charge which is not deducted if completion of work is approved. The plumbers also tried to upsell us an inspection service which other people might find helpful but is personally irritating to me.

We had a burst pipe in our wall. They scheduled us the next day and didn't overcharge for an emergency call like other companies in the Katy TX area we inquired about. Those companies should be ashamed. Texas Stong to the rescue!! Our technician Travis was amazing!!

Texas Strong Plumbing installed 4 toilets and reworked my leaky kitchen sink. They were punctual, professional and got the job done within the estimate they provided. Rick, Travis, and Coleton are great guys and very skilled plumbers. I recommend them to my friends!

Called Texas Strong Plumbing due to a DIY job that didn't work out. Rick promptly got one of his guys (Travis) to come out to take care of it within an hour. Both gentlemen were very polite, explained pricing before they began and communicated very well throughout the process. They explained to me how to help avoid this happening again.
