We scheduled this company to come fix our unfortunate frozen/burst-pipe issue we had on 12/23 after I looked through the top rated plumbing companies in our area, and I immediately settled on Texas Strong when I saw that they have almost exclusively 5 star reviews. After having them here today, I definitely agree. Rick was very thorough, even finding other leaks connected to the burst that we didn’t know we had. He took the time to explain to us every rationale and step in the repair. Very appreciative of the customer service and care we received.

Travis with Texas Strong Plumbing showed up promptly and got straight to work. He was very clean using during and after his work, very professional and explained everything he was doing the work. After he made recommendations on how to prevent this problem on happening in the future. I recommend him to anyone and wouldn’t call anyone else!

Once again Travis comes through to save the day. Not only was he prompt, he was EARLY (the office even gave me a courtesy phone call asking for my OK to come earlier than anticipated). His plumbing knowledge (he's now a journeyman) and professionalism can't be beat. Thank you for getting me on your appointment calendar so soon after a 3-day holiday weekend.

We had an issue with the drain pump for our outdoor sink. Someone was out to diagnose the issue quickly, did some investigating on parts, gave us our options and were back out to do the repair in just a few days. On time, fair pricing, super pleasant experience. I will definitely call Texas Strong any time I need plumbing work done.

It has been two years since my last review below. My last encounter with Texas Strong Plumbing was a disaster. I am now looking for a new plumber. Very bad experience.

I have finally found a plumber! I have been living in Katy for 30 years and just recently moved to Fulshear. In all those decades, Texas Strong Plumbing is the best plumbing company I have had the pleasure of using. Rick the owner along with Peggy in the office to Travis, the plumber that did the work, were knowledgeable and professional. Travis installed a whole house Moen flo water monitor, and a whole house recirculation pump in my house. The installation and workmanship was above and beyond. My brother is a Master Plumber in New Jersey for 50+ years and he was very impressed with Travis' workmanship. See the attached photos. I have used Texas Strong multiple times now. They are good with communication and scheduling. I needed to replace 2 aging hot water heaters, one of which had begun to leak. Travis came out and confirmed the situation, provided estimates for 2 new hot water tanks or replacement with a tankless system. We opted for the tankless water heater and were able to have installation in the same week. Up and running with no issues!

I would highly recommend Carey Plumbing. They are very professional and their work is top notch! They came out and installed a new shut off valve. Our previous one was made up of random pieces. Carey Plumbing installed a new one and the quality of work was amazing. We found our new plumbing service.

An item was clogging the toilet. It was removed and toilet was working properly once again.

We have used Carey Plumbing once before. On both occasions Eddie and Mr. Carey were respectful and professional. This service is honest, trustworthy, and has quality workmanship at a fair price. Each time Eddie was at our house he was faced with a uniquely challenging problem, and he was persistent and able to figure out the solution.

I made a call to Carey Plumbing for a clogged drain. From top to bottom the whole experience was easy. Mike came out to my house quick, made the fix, and charged a fair price for his services. They will be my go to call for plumbers going forward!

Mike and Frank did a good job. They explained their work, took pictures and answered questions. Mike even took the time to take a look at a couple of things outside of the house. The price was very reasonable snd much less than the quote I got from a larger company. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I was unlucky enough to have a leak in the attic Thanksgiving morning, but I was fortunate to have Mike come out to repair it. He explained everything thoroughly and completed the job in cost effective and timely manner. I purposefully waited a week to review the service to ensure I had no lingering issues. There are none! My shower handle broke and Mike came out same day to fix.He took time to explain why the handle had been so difficult to turn. He ended up fixing my guest bath identical problem too and I am so pleased with the results!

Had puddle on hall floor and air conditioning company confirmed there was leak in attic. It wasn’t furnace or air conditioning unit. They told me I needed a plumber to fix. Based on recommendation from two friends I called Carey Plumbing. They worked me into their very busy schedule. Mike came out and fixed the leak. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He checked out everything to make sure it was working properly. I recommend this company and thank them for their prompt service.

Had a commode loose from the floor and leaking around the floor seal. I was not aware of the amount of work it took to fix a problem such as this and I watched all of it. The commode is rock solid now and will, more than likely, out last the house. Pricing was very reasonable considering the amount of work.

The correct fitment for the commode attachment is floor flush or up 1/8 inch above floor level. Mine was 2” to 3” below the floor, no wonder it started leaking.

Will be using Carey Plumbing for all plumbing needs in the future!

We woke up on a Sunday morning to a water main broken and water flooding our front yard! We scoured google reviews for a reputable plumber and chose Matt because of his great reviews. EVERY review was right on the money! Matt came out in less than 30 minutes, on a Sunday, and had our pipe repaired with warranty within an hour. He is professional, knowledgeable, very fairly priced and I will be recommending him to everyone I know!

Mike took the time on the phone to troubleshoot an issue with a hot water heater. Mike patiently helped us to get the pilot light back on. What a wonderful person! I highly recommend him to all and will use his services again in the future!

I needed to replace a water heater and contacted Mike at Carey Plumbing late yesterday afternoon. He scheduled me the next morning and installed my new water heater! Couldn't be happier with the service and the technicians were wonderful. I highly recommend!
