We were having issues with our hot water and called Rick when we got tired of cold showers. He came out, quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts (still under manufacturer warranty), and then got us fixed up.

I called at 7:45 with a leak. Travis was out at 9:15. Gave me two options to fix the underground leak and had it done in 20 minutes. I appreciate his time, skill, and professionalism.

We had a frozen pipe in the garage. Texas Strong was able to service us the next day after we capped the line ourselves and had water to the house. The job wasn’t as easy since the builder located the hose bib at a stud. We have a new bib and pex to replace what was in the wall. We will use them again for other jobs.

I was impressed with the thorough examination and explanation of remedies available for my plumbing concerns. Travis was professional and courteous. I will be a Texas Strong customer for all my future plumbing needs.

Rick came out and replaced 4 of my Vorten toilets (one of which had already cracked). He did a great job and was very prompt, fast, clean, and honest. They also kindly checked my water heaters while they were here. We will definitely be using him again for our plumbing needs.

This company was great. Needed a new water heater on a Thursday late afternoon and it was installed the next morning. Very competitive pricing. Travis was a pleasure to work with as well.

I had a sewer line that was not draining - I started with Roto-Rooter who told me that they could not clear the drain because they had encountered a broken pipe and that I would need to have them tunnel under the house to repair it, costing $15,000 or more. On the recommendation of a friend, I called Texas Strong for a 2nd opinion. Travis and Johnny came out same day and I told them what Roto-Rooter had said. They said 'let us try and clear it and go from there.'. Within an hour, they had found the blockage, cleared it, and never encountered anything indicating a pipe break. These Texas Strong guys are honest, fairly priced, trustworthy, and did an outstanding job. They even noticed a slight leak on my toilet tanks and repaired it quickly with no extra charge. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their plumbing.

The office was pleasant to deal with, and Travis came out on time. He did great work, explained what he was doing and checked to be sure all was OK before leaving. Great job!!

Shane did a great job replacing our builder-installed toilets that had a recall. He and his partner were on-time to the visit. They were upfront about all of the costs and our options. They were able to install 4 toilets in the same day and were respectful of our time and home. Thank you!

I had a pipe freeze and break. I was not able to turn off the water. Texas Strong came right away shut off the water and capped the broken pipe so they could turn water back on to my house. I was so grateful!! They did excellent work with zero lead time! They had the right tools and parts to do the job. The tech knew what he was doing and quickly got the situation under control. Again I’m grateful!!

When I called, I spoke with the owner, Rick. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. A window of time, of a few hours, was set for the service call. On the day of service, I received a text notice, that the service person was on his way to my house, about 3 hrs ahead of schedule!
The two service guys were very professional and quite knowledgeable. They completed the work in a reasonable time. They cleaned up the work area very nicely.

Texas Strong Plumbing was great. Travis and his helper whose name escapes me spent hours digging under a large oak to find a bad water leak. The ground was full of large and small roots and the labor was intensive and extremely muddy. However, in the end they got the leak repaired and the soil replaced and they had a pleasant attitude throughout.

I contacted Texas Strong and two days later they were on site working to repair some commercial toilets and other miscellaneous items. I found them to be very prompt and responsive from the time of inquiry to completion of the job. Travis kept me up to date on repairs and other issues that came up the job progressed. I would absolutely recommend them.

Travis and Johnny were wonderful! I’ve never had so much fun getting my plumbing fixed! They were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, helpful, and, this is odd to write in a business review, but they were FUNNY! I enjoyed giving them my money after such great work and an enjoyable experience! Highly recommend!!!

Outstanding customer service from the moment I call called to book the apportionment. The scheduler was very polite, and the technician was professional and knowledgeable. As the tech assessed our situation, he was able to explain to me the issue and provide me with the right solution. It is an amazing experience to have a technician come into your home with the obsession of leaving the situation better than he found it. We have used this company in the past on our rental properties. They are very professional, they have great communication, they went above and beyond on the work that was done. Texas Strong is an understatement. Look forward to working with them again.

I called so many other companies for help over the past three weeks for my gas fireplace repair but couldn't get help. Texas Strong was a prayer answered! Their scheduler Becky was responsive, sympathetic and helpful to answer my questions. Technician Travis Daniel came out the same day--within 3 hours--and he got the fireplace working right away. He was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly and answered my questions. We will certainly recommend Texas Strong to others.

Travis is a friendly, competent plumber. We have no complaints with him. Unfortunately we will not use Tx Strong Plumbing again because of their prices. They’ve recently gone up to $425 an hour. I will find another plumber with more reasonable prices.

Can’t recommend them enough! We had our water heater stop working out of the blue, and within 2 hours of me calling, they had a tech out to our home fixing it. Very professional and explained everything very well. Pricing wasn’t crazy either. Would highly recommend!
