I called the company to ask if they can still repair my toilet and I will pay them for the repair, instead the owner was very unaprofessional started screaming at me.
They are the ones that are herassing me to remove my negative review, his technician has called me two times and texted.

(Do not call our company to harassing anymore . We collected the show up fee and sent the quote to the Home insurance (you are client ) and they rejected the quote/service . We have needed to use pluming services four times one the past year. Thank goodness Aba One Plumbing was recommended to us by friends. Our first call was call related to smelling gas to the attic around a water heater. We shut off the gas and they came as an emergency that day. Noting the age of the water heaters and the source of the gas leak that we replace the water heater. We agreed and the next day they arrived and replaced the faulty water heater with a new high efficiency water heater. The second emergency call was for a gushing water leak through our kitchen ceiling that happened on an early Sunday morning. They told us what to do to shut off the water, came promptly, found the cracked pipe, replaced it, and then followed up with a recommendation and consultant to replace the dry wall, and paint the ceiling. Amazing job done quickly, at a fair price, and with minimal mess and great cleanup! They have retuned to replace leaking outdoor water faucets after a freeze, and most recently for a second emergency. A cracked toilet tank with water leaking out overnight. I called them and sent pictures. The next day they were able to replace the toilet. Again cleanup was great, technician attentive to answering questions, and another job well done. Having moved and owned several homes in three different states and needing home plumbing services in the past, no prior plumbing service matches Aba One.

Honestly glad I went with this company their tech was very professional, on time and honest. They took care of our water heater and had us operational the owner even gave us a coupon to help with our budget. We are greatly appreciative for the help and consideration.

I cannot recommend Jacob enough! We had a nightmare situation with a major sewage backup caused by a third-party utility excavation.

He went above and beyond. Jacob performed a thorough camera inspection, pinpointed the exact location of the break, and even coordinated the excavation to expose the damage. Before finding Jacob, I consulted other plumbers, but they were vague and unhelpful. One of them even performed a camera inspection like Jacob did, but couldn't even locate the cleanout. Jacob, however, found it with ease.
Most importantly, he provided a detailed report and photos showing exactly how the utility line had struck our sewer main.

If you want a plumber who is skilled, honest and thorough, look no further.

I cannot speak highly enough of Katy Plumbing Company, and their technician, Wilmer Enriques. Wilmer installed two toilets for us, as well as providing an assessment on our entire plumbing system. He pointed out some issues thst needed addressing, such as hot water heaters (since they are original, and 12 years old); however, he did not push for their immediate repairs or replacement. . We did assure him that we would be in touch when we were ready. Finally, Wilmer was very courteous and professional.
