Miguel fixed our front yard leak quickly, and the repair has held up. There was a bit of a mess left behind after the initial visit, and we did need to call him back for cleanup. The Katy Plumbing Company responded and took care of it, which we appreciated. Overall, good repair work—just be sure to clarify cleanup expectations upfront.

The two techs were great! We had issues with 2 toilets. They repaired one & we replaced the other one. All of the issues and options were thoroughly explained, work was performed quickly, and clean-up done well. We will certainly make Katy Plumbing our goto for future plumbing needs.

Katy Plumbing was quick to send someone over to fix my A/C. The technician was very polite and helpful. He informed me on what needed to be fixed and had the part in his truck. I bought the one year warranty which helped to lower the original price.

First time using Katy Plumbing Company. We had a small leak on one of our outside spickets. I also asked Peter when he arrived if he could install a new kitchen faucet. Peter was very friendly & professional. Peter gave me 2 quotes based on what the best & worst case scenarios would be. I was very happy with the service and the work that he did. Yes, it was expensive but the job was done right & I don't expect any further issues. I will definitely use this company again for any plumbing issues that I have in the future.

I had a great experience with The Katy Plumbing Company! They responded the same day and we called and quickly diagnosed the issue. I was really impressed that they were able to squeeze me in and even came out later that night to get the job done. Saul was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. I removed an upstairs toilet to find that the closet flange had disintegrated, which was more than I wanted to deal with so I called the Katy Plumbing Company to fix it. They were able to come out a day earlier than scheduled (after calling to confirm that was okay, of course) and Troy and Skyler set a new flange in place after removing the 48 year old original mess. They left the bathroom cleaner than they found it and were finished quickly, despite needing to make a parts run before starting the job. I was so pleased with Troy's work that I scheduled him to come out the same week and do another minor repair elsewhere in the house than no other plumber has wanted to tackle.

Troy is timely, personable, does nice work, and I'm very pleased with the service he and the Katy Plumbing Company provided.

As for prices, I did not get other quotes, and while plumbing work usually costs more than I expect, I thought the repairs were reasonably priced.

Jacob with Katy Plumbing Co. Heating & Air has come out twice to our home for clog repairs and installation of our water softener system and faucet and shower fixtures. He was extremely pleasant to work with and was very professional as well as knowledgeable in this line of work. I was also impressed with the clean up after the job was finished! I do not hesitate to recommend him shall you have any plumbing needs for your home!

David worked hard and was very kind and helpful today as we chose a new water softener and arranged for financing. The process was not user friendly, but we were able to get an interest-free loan to help manage the unplanned expense. We are excited to see how the water softener works since it is much more expensive than the previous one we had. This one seems to be of much higher quality.

Arrived early (with notice). Very courteous, friendly & professional. Did toilet installation fast & clean. No problems. Hauled the old toilet & packing materials away. Cost was about as reasonable as plumbing services are going to get & didn't try to upsell a bunch of unnecessary stuff. Will certainly use again and recommend.

The faucet in the backyard was leaking. Preston was assigned to the job. He came out, diagnosed the issue, and let me know the estimate. He also let me know that if the drop ear in the wall was not secured properly and breaks, then it could lead to a bigger job. Fortunately it was secured well and my house has pex. He replaced the hose bib and nipple coming out of the wall and that did the trick. Preston was professional and courteous. He did a good job of explaining the issue to me and showing me what was going on.

I recently had my main water shut-off valve replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with how smoothly the entire process went. Junior and Josh were excellent! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. They walked me through every step, ensured the water was turned off with minimal disruption, and completed the replacement quickly and cleanly.

What really stood out was their attention to detail and the care they took to make sure everything was functioning perfectly before wrapping up. It’s such a relief to know the new valve is solid and reliable—definitely gives peace of mind for any future plumbing needs.

Josue did a great job of installing they were fast, thorough, and professional. Robert was also fantastic in all that he did. Katy plumbing and heat and air are great because they show you why they are replacing things or what needs to be done and are straight shooters in all their dealings.

Paul gave us wonderful service. He was knowledgeable and thorough and went the extra mile to identify our issues with our sewer line and make the repair. He was patient with me and answered all my questions. I very much appreciated the courteous service and his kindness.
