Love Katy Plumbing. Been using them for many years and ever time the young men are so friendly and I like that there is no highe pressure sales to try to make you pay for additional services. They have made recommendations. But I never felt pressured to do it. And they are very reasonable in their pricing.

Troy provided excellent service. He arrived on time and completed the repairs in a timely manner. Not only did Troy complete the work, but he also made sure that I was knowledgeable about each repair. Overall this was a great service.

Saul helped us with a repair. He was on time, knowledgeable and efficient with his work. After providing an initial assessment of the condition, he provided quote for the requested repair and he advised us of some potential future issues that we may have and what to do if they occur.

We had them swap an old gas tap that was out of code for a modern one that could connect to a new dryer. Price was reasonable, the plumber Miguel was friendly and answered my questions, he performed the work efficiently, and left the area clean. Also the ladies manning the phones at the office are polite and helpful (it's refreshing in this day and age not to get an automated phone tree). Would recommend.

Best service again. Greg is the best and so knowledgeable, kind and educated me on so many aspects especially water quality in Katy. Great experience with Katy plumbing. We had 2 water heaters replaced in our attic. Ryan was professional to work with and the workmanship seems great all for a reasonable price. Grateful for them traveling all the way to Spring and completing the job same-day. Happy customers.

Everyone else was trying to rob me on pricing. I saw the reviews (and I read the 1 star reviews as well) and decided to give them a chance. My hot water heater was installed in just a couple hours and I couldn't be happier about the pricing and Ryan's professionalism. He gave me advice and pointers for buying a hot water heater and gave me two quotes, one for my provided water heater and another for one Katy Plumbing would provide, and I'm glad I went with them and purchased their water heater. I will not be calling anyone else for any plumbing issues I have.

Zee was so very invested in figuring out who and why my gas line was cut. He worked dillegently to earn my trust and repair the gas leak. He was kind, patient and thorough while explaining the process. He completed the task and indicated Centerpoint or contractor likely cut my line by mistake. I was able to open an investigation to determine what occurred. His concern for my safety and the safety of my community was genuine. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! David and his helper just did a home service line repair and range hookup. Both were leaking; Centerpoint did an inspection and shut off the gas. The Katy Plumbing team were prompt, polite, and professional from the initial receptionist scheduling the next day service to their on-site service technicians. They worked with me on the price, and did a proper job, no shortcuts! This is a company I would definitely use again for any of my plumbing needs.

I’ve had them out for a couple jobs, the latest was a gas line addition for a pool heater. Ryan was our plumber, and he did an excellent job. The finished job is painted, attached well to the house, and looks great. A+ all around, we will be calling them for our future projects.

I’m an HVAC contractor. I’ve been in the business for 40 years. I have some long time elderly clients who had a water leak in their home with another hard freeze coming. I contacted Katy plumbing company. It was on Friday evening. They had their technician Victor out there within 3 hours. He diagnosed the problem and had it repaired within two hours. Excellent service! Great Price!

Both Saul Garcia and Jose Perez worked to evaluate and repair our stopped kitchen sink drain, using a power auger to snake through the clean-out valve and break through 34 years of accumulated debris, from our residential 2” & 3” lines out to our sewer mainline. Both men are very polite but importantly very experienced and knowledgeable. They each provided valuable education for our ongoing maintenance. We appreciate the quick response on the holiday weekend and the great results for what we feel is a reasonable price. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with Katy Plumbing company. They installed a whole home water filter and reverse osmosis only to have technician come out to fix issues telling me it wasn’t done right the times before. I have to pay for each of these for continued improvements to be completed.

During my HVAC service, I was told I needed to replace the entire unit because parts aren’t available. I called a Carrier service center and someone came out the next day and installed the part that I needed without an entire unit replacement.

I had other technicians come out for ongoing issues and each time told me they would order parts and follow up and I never hear back. I have to call to the office, the part was not ordered and needs to be ordered, and I spend more time on back back-and-forth follow ups.

I’d already moved my HVAC service to a much better provider and I’m now moving my plumbing service after continued failures to follow up. I very much regret the amount I invested on having them install the whole home filters. They use very cheap equipment and you are much better off buying your own and having it installed.

I don’t always comment but Wilmer went above and beyond. We had small additional leaks that he recorded in his inspections in my other bathrooms. I think I avoided major leaks preemptively. Thanks for his diligence. He’s also a great salesman lol. I just had major leak restoration done. We got the preventative work done! Thanks so much!

I had an emergency with a pipe leak on Saturday evening, that too on Thanksgiving break, Katy Plumbing responded to my call quickly, and a licensed and qualified Plumber was at my house within half an hour.
Saul was very polite and efficient. He quickly assessed the damage and got to work . He was able to resolve the problem immediately and gave me many suggestions about how I could prevent this from happening in the future.. he is also extremely knowledgeable and very personable.
If I Ever have a problem in the future, I have no doubt that I am going to reach out to him And Katy Plumbing again.

Company is truly amazing! After waking up to every home owners nightmare, a flooded restroom full of sewer water, we called several companies and none were able to come out the same day. But after calling Katy Plumbing, the representative had us scheduled for the same day! We were informed constantly of who the technician was and when he would arrive. They were even able to come out sooner than the set appointment time. The technicians quickly identified the issue and provided us very detailed options along with costs. Issue was repaired promptly and efficiently. This company by far exceeded all expectations! Highly recommend!
