Another fabulous carpet clean from Ripley Services! I've been with them over 10 years and every time I get a great clean! I use their Forever Clean plan which is a fabulous option for paying it monthly and you get an extra clean per year! The guys are always so nice and really work to get your carpets as clean as possible. If you're needing a carpet cleaning company, I can put 10 years behind my referral to Ripley Services.

The two technicians that showed up were professional, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They did a great job cleaning carpet in five areas of my house in preparation for an open house this week. Will use Ripley again in the future for sure.

This is the second time in a month Reese and Alex have cleaned furniture for me (different residences). They did a GREAT job both times! They are nice to work with and don’t give you that creepy feeling that you have when some men are working at your home.

Ripley's is the most honest carpet cleaning company I've met yet! This company could have taken our money and moved forward with the job but Terry gave an honest assessment regarding the job. We were going to have them additionally stretch our carpets however, our carpets roll up onto lower wall to form a baseboard-like effect in our sunken den. They didn't want to tackle a special situation as this but referred another company who specializes in these. The other company came out quickly and performed the stretch nicely. Ripley's cleaned our carpets and our rugs! Really nice to have beautifully clean carpets and rugs that are free from chemicals and soaps!

Update; 2/4/19....The dog smell just would not leave this house....Ripley's Services to the rescue! This time we had the air ducts cleaned. We were provided several options and pick the one that fogged the ducts with an environmentally green cleaning agent that removes airborne pollutants and freshened the air too. Tony and Kevin were knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. I am so pleased with the professional cleaning Ripley Service provides!

As a side note; it was great to have these cleaning professional come into my home and be so respectful, cautions with my possessions, and stay on task while cleaning in my home. No cell phone usage and no foul language was used. I felt safe and comfortable having Ripley Service's cleaning professionals in my home. If you are on the fence about

Update; 1/23/19...Ripley's Services never cease to amaze me! We purchased a home that had a heavy presence of dogs odor. The tile was filthy and the grout was caked full of dark filth and dog hair. So I called the professionals...Ripley's Services to the rescue! Again I was not disappointed! Friendly knowledgeable staff arrived on time. They went right to work at cleaning my tile and grout. Tony and Mike were knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. They got the job done in a timely manner eliminating the dark filth and dog hair from the gout making the old tile and grout look great.

Besides the fact Ripley's has always done a great job for us, we have never been in doubt as to the integrity of employees. We've been on the Forever Plan for several years, so the price can't be beat. Having scheduled cleaning makes it easy to keep carpets maintained. Spot cleaners for the in-between times are provided free of charge. So, what's not to love?

We used Ripley Services to clean the dryer vent in our home. Kim set up an appointment and was very nice. Tony and Mike came on time, were courteous, and answered all of my questions about their process. I would highly recommend this company.

I called to schedule my carpets to be cleaned as we had a big accident from one of our dogs, and I spoke with the owner, Greg, who took care of me after hours and got me all setup for an appointment. I couldn't be there during the visit, and when I got home I was a little disappointed that I couldn't smell the "clean" smell you get after having the carpets cleaned. Some people don't like that, but I do. I just kind of let it go, but then noticed an area of my carpet where there had been a bigger dog accident, and I smelled the area and it still smelled like it hadn't been cleaned very good. I didn't want to bother with it, so I didn't do anything about it. The next day I get a call from Ripley's asking if I was satisfied with my carpet cleaning, and I decided to mention my disappointment. Within minutes the owner, Greg, was texting me apologizing and asking to come out that day and get it corrected. My father met him at my house and he himself did another cleaning on the carpet that I wasn't happy with free of charge. When I got home that day I was greeted with a wonderful "clean" smell and I checked the carpet again and everything was GREAT!! Very very pleased with the way this company went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I will definitely use them again as having three dogs, I'm sure our carpets will need a regular cleaning. Great Service! They were on time, did a fantastic job on my air ducts. I had them cleaned about 6 years ago and was charged a lot more than Ripley. But the quality of service was not nearly has good. I highly recommend using Ripley Services if you need you air ducts cleaned. I will be calling them again!

I really like Greg’s team. They are always friendly and professional. And the best thing is that they do excellent work! I’ve utilized Ripley’s for air duct cleaning, mattress cleaning, carpet cleaning, and tile cleaning over two different appointments. I’ve referred them to close friends and I feel like their prices are inline with the excellent quality of work.

Greg, Kevin & Ripley team, thank you so much for the great job you all did for the 5 large area rugs. My husband and I could not believe how great each rug looked (e.g., more vivid colors on top, removal of stains). You warned me that the underside of the rugs might not look so good due to large amount of pet stains. Much to my surprise, the undersides looked much better with only light stains. Kevin did a super job in bringing back and setting up the rugs exactly where needed. His persistence in setting up the round area rug with the new under-pad showed his professionalism as he did more cutting of the under-pad so it laid down perfectly all the way around. His attention to detail and patience with each rug was appreciated. The new under-pads look and feel great. It's nice to not have any rug slippage on my newly waxed hardwood floors plus the nice feel under the rug when walking. I'm looking forward to having the new under-pads being cleanable and having the lifetime warranty. Also much thanks for your patience in holding the rugs while my husband was completing his medical treatments and our daughter was getting married. Your willingness to wait until we were ready to accept the rug was much appreciated, too. Will definitely use your team again.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! We have used them 3 times now & they exceed our expectations every time. They are knowledgeable, reliable, professional and affordable. The last technician we had in our home was especially amazing. We will doing business with Ripley's for years to come!

I just moved into a new home and used Ripley’s services for the air ducts, carpet, granite countertops and hard wood floor. I am very satisfied with the final results. I am ready to receive my household goods knowing that everything is clean and beautiful. Tony and Harvey the technicians were very professional and polite. They explained each process in detail. They are absolutely wonderful! This was my first time using Ripley and I will definitely be using them again, and refer them to others. The two team members who came today to clean our carpets were so friendly and genuinely nice people. They were accommodating & very professional.

My dryer vent got clogged, and everyone else I called said it would take a week or more to get to me. Ripley Services got to me the very next day at no extra cost. Reece was super friendly, quick, and efficient! He cleaned out my dryer vent, and I went ahead and got the Platinum service for my HVAC vents and ducts at the same time. He also cleaned my AC unit, and underneath it, and also cleaned the coils on the outside AC unit IN THE RAIN. It took a little more than 2 hours, and I was really happy with the service and cost. The cost for the Platinum package was actually about $200 cheaper than the other guys quoted me for just regular dryer vent and HVAC vent/duct cleaning, without the extra stuff. I recommend them to anyone needing this type of service 100%! So nice to have my dryer working again. Thanks Reece and Ripley Services!

Sunny was incredible. Consistent communication. Very thorough during the pricing process. Walked me through all of my options, got me in super quick and the turnaround time was incredible. So grateful to have worked with a small company who really focuses on customer service and transparency. Great experience, I will be going back.

UPDATED 10/1/2018: We have used Ripley's for our carpet cleaning recently, and absolutely love them! Great price, and did an amazing job! I highly recommend this company!

I was so impressed by Ripley Services. We moved into our rental home over the weekend and somehow got a big black grease stain on the carpet. I called them after a quick Google search on Monday and they got us an appointment that same day. The technician was kind, thoughtful, and efficient and was able to get the carpet looking better than it was before we moved in. After that, their owner followed-up with me personally to make sure we were pleased with their services. I cannot overstate how impressive their customer service is and I would recommend them to anyone!

Other big companies wanted three times what this company did. Reece was the service man that came to help me out. He explained thoroughly what he was going to do and what I needed to know. He did a fantastic job. Got there on time and was done as promised.

Reece was professional and friendly. He explained what treatments would be done on my carpets and did a great job getting up all the spots and stains. He was flexible and worked around me having my new bed delivered when the delivery men showed up earlier than expected. I will use them again to do my tile. Great job!
