This was my first time using this company and I must say I was very impressed. Bryan was our technician that day. He arrived on time, was extremely polite and did a wonderful job. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

The technicians spent time inspecting the carpets carefully and thoroughly prior to cleaning. I am overjoyed by the quality of the service that they provided. Their technicians are polite and considerate. Highly recommended. I’ve tried other services in the area, and I am more than satisfied with Ripley Services.

On time, was notified when crew was on the way, fair price, crew was very knowledgeable and informative. Sunny in the office very knowledgeable and professional. Not your typical carpet cleaning job. I’ll be calling again!

I want to say that I had the best service and the best work done by Bryan Stanley and Ripley's. He was on time and did the work in a timely matter. He cleaned my buck skin leather chair and love seat. When the job was finished they looked amazing. He left it smelling great and soft. All the smells and stains are gone. Brian went above and beyond any service we have ever had for carpet cleaning. We are new to Texas and I saw good reviews on FB and decided to call. From the moment calling Ripley, this company has been A+ in service. Brian that came to our house, was on time very professional, and just a delight. Such a friendly happy attitude! You can tell he enjoys what he does and just really goes above and beyond to make sure you’re a happy customer. He explained everything in detail and really exceeded in every way. I had to reach out and give praise because you don’t always get to see this kind of amazing service very often. He needs to know he’s doing such an amazing job. It’s so nice to see good people are out there!!! We will be using them again and will be letting our friends and family know! I hope this company knows what a gem they have representing their company!

We recently had a substantial amount of work done to our home (painting, retexturing of walls, flooring, etc.) and the contractor did not do a good job of protecting the HVAC supply or return vents. After we moved back in we noticed a steady stream of dust from the construction and called Ripley Services to come out and clean our ductwork. They came out the next day, were extremely professional, and did a great job for my family. Would highly recommend their work!

First of all, I don't like to write a negative review. But, the service I got yesterday from Ripely made me write this review so that consumers like me can make better decisions. It was a huge mistake to use them for A/C vent and dryer vent cleaning services and pay $1500 for a 2500-square-foot home. I used them because of the 5-star online reviews. They came, used their machine to clean the duct, and left. No picture before or after cleaning, no explanation of what they were doing unless you ask. I bought a gold package($250 more than the basic) with some kind of sanitizing treatment included, which was never done or explained when they did if it was done, as I was watching them all the time. The only suggestion I got was to use a better air filter and that's all. However, when I went to my attic to replace a new air filter on the system, I could easily see the layer of dust everywhere. I even contacted their office and sent the picture with the dirt and dust they left and asked why it was so and their response was "It was very very dirty and how much we cleaned should be good enough for you, it is not a sweep clean service." J And they have the most powerful vacuum to use. Later, I went to the attic with my vacuum, which is not as powerful as theirs(that's why we pay 1500 dollars), and only could reach 2-3 feet around, and was able to vacuum the dust away. However, it was a very small area I could reach. But, this is an example only. They could not take care of the dust and dirt with their most powerful vacuum in that small visible area, so how can I expect the air duct, the tunnel, which is not visible to have cleaned properly? The lady at the office was quick to respond, but I am here to rate the cleaning service. I have posted some pictures I took after they left and also sent them.

Brian did an amazing job with our carpets. We have a cat with a bladder issue and Brian got the urine stains AND smell out of the bedrooms. Very happy with Ripley’s service and Brian’s knowledge and experience, thank you!
