We have used this company several times for well over a year now at many of our Rentals. Always responsive without price gouging one sees from so many HVAC providers. Highly recommend!

Came to repair our a/c on a Wednesday, by Friday evening it was broke again. He returned on Saturday mid afternoon and stated that he thought when he came on Wednesday that it may have been something else and should have repaired it on Wednesday. Then became aggressive and began arguing with my spouse. Bad mouthed the warranty company that he contracts through (which is highly unprofessional). All was recorded in our Ring doorbell. Said that he would be back shortly to repair it and then canceled the work order. All after being paid on Wednesday for the service fee. He is so unprofessional. I would never refer Sebastian to repair. Due to unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge.

If your going to have to spend money on a repair to your Air conditioning system, you want Texas State Mechanical on the job.
Quality, professionalism, attention to detail and timeliness are virtually impossible to get these days but my experience was a breath of fresh air I was walked through the repairs with great detail and treated like family.

Sebastian at TX State Mech did a great job on a tight schedule. We had an AC condenser fail and due to circumstances it needed to be replaced on the same day. Sebastian went above and beyond to diagnose the situation, get the new condenser, and install it. We called him at 11:30am and before 5:30pm our system was running and back on line. Great character and integrity in how he did each part of the work.

Sebastian always takes care of the issue and gets my HVAC working properly. Pricing is fair and service is always pretty quick. Sebastian is honest and talked me out of more expensive equipment.
