Michael, the technician, was also professional, clean, polite, and knew what he was doing. Took care of our issue quickly. Very reasonable rates. Couldn't be more pleased and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing residential service. Highly recommend Caleb and his team at Always There Air. After another company recommended full replacement Caleb had us back and running in only 20 mins and a couple hundred dollars later. For Flower Mound residents who are disappointed with service from a popular longtime local HVAC company who recently sold to another franchisee, Always There Air should be your new go-to!

I met Caleb when he worked for another company. I was impressed with his service so much that when I needed work on my heater I called him directly. I found out today that he now ownes his company. Caleb came out on (SUNDAY 1/26/26 WINTER STORM) and fixed worked on my heater. Caleb has always been very honest with me and does not try to up sale me on anything I do not need. My family and I trust Caleb and you can too.
My unit is 18 years old, when my unit is replaced Caleb will be doing the work.

I cannot say enough good things about Always There Air. Not only did Caleb walk me through troubleshooting over the phone, when a tech was warranted, he sent one who spent hours trying to get the best result. Mike was our tech, and he combed over every detail to make sure he wasn’t missing a thing. I highly recommend Always There Air for being honest, and not ‘throwing parts at problems’.
After a few poor experiences with other companies, and seeing the level of expertise applied on my job, I can confidently say they are top notch.

I contacted Always There Air due to my AC system not cooling properly. Michael and another technician arrived and performed the maintenance on the system. They discovered a problem with the air handler unit in the attic and explained the process of getting it repaired. They were able to pick up the parts that same day and made the repair that same day. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Caleb, Abiel, & Michael are a wonderful crew! they are knowledgeable, thorough, honest, fair, & have a sense of urgency to help fix whatever your systems have going on. our old system gave out during the ice storm Jan 2026, causing a big issue with the cold, & forcing the decision for a new system on us. but Abiel came quickly and showed us our options, & on one of the COLDEST days Texas has seen in some time. they then installed it the next day, in the ice & snow, so my family could keep warm. anytime someone mentions HVAC issues, I will always recommend Caleb, the owner, & Always There Air!

We bought a house two years ago that had old air ducts that were falling apart and misconfigured to our AC unit. We got consultations from two other AC companies and went with Caleb at Always There Air. He was the most knowledgeable and gave us a great plan to re-configure the air ducts and added new ducts and vents throughout the house to increase the air flow. Caleb is very responsive and had great communication and they finished the job quickly. It’s a night and day difference with our air quality and air flow in our house. Highly recommend!!

The most professional contractors I’ve ever worked with.

It started when their tech, Abiel, came out to our house in October when our AC went out. He was very thorough, explained everything he was doing and why, but most impressively, he explained things to my wife the same way he explained them to me. In other words, he did not mansplain to her and he addressed us equally.

Even though the diagnosis was we needed a new system, (which we expected because it was an 18-year-old) Abiel got our AC back working temporarily in order to buy us some time before making a big financial commitment. Being that it was October, we thought we had about six months to get it replaced. Then our furnace started going out one week before the big ice storm in late January.

Over the previous few months, my wife and I did our homework by researching other companies and got bids from those companies. I will be honest, Always Their Air was not the cheapest. I spoke over the phone and via text with the company’s owner, Caleb, concerning other companies lower bids. Caleb was very thorough and transparent while explaining the differences in all of the bids. Caleb also explained all the extra little things they do that will save us money in the long run.

When all was said and done, we decided to go with Always Their Air because of their professionalism, transparency, and outstanding customer service. The install took only one day. The entire crew was very kind and professional. They even bought Girl Scout cookies from my daughter, which caused me to chuckle when I got home from work and saw the crew in my attic eating a box of Thin Mints.

Caleb came by the house several times throughout the day, including when the job was done to inspect the work and ensure my property was as clean as it was when crew arrived that morning.

Can’t say enough good things about both Caleb and Michael. I had to replace my A/C units last year and they gave me a bid. I ended up going with a different company. However, this was strictly based on price. I did have some issues with the other companies install. However, these guys were nice enough to help me troubleshoot via text/calls. This really shows how much they care about the customer. I did get some other work done by them. They installed a dehumidifier in my attic since I have foam insulation. It is way more comfortable up there. They also did HEPA whole house filters and everything is great. If you’re looking for an honest company that truly puts the customer first this company is it. My next A/C install will definitely be from them regardless of price.

I had a really great experience with Always There Air.

I called on a Sunday afternoon about an issue with my AC system, and Caleb answered right away—literally on the first ring. He took the time to ask a few good questions to understand what might be going on.

What impressed me most was what happened next.

Instead of immediately scheduling a paid HVAC service call, Caleb walked me through a couple simple things to check over the phone. Within just a few minutes, the issue was completely resolved.

The thing is, I didn’t call expecting free help—I just wanted the problem fixed and would have gladly paid for a service visit. But Caleb clearly cared more about helping solve the problem than making a quick sale, and that really stood out to me.

That kind of honesty and customer care is hard to find these days.

It’s been a really long week! Our AC unit bit the dust. My neighbor down the street has his own company, so Saturday I decided to take a pic of the truck with the phone# on it. The owner Caleb happened to be outside with his son and twin boys and I told him I would call Monday to make an appointment. He said nonsense, he sent one of his guys to my house within a couple hours. Caleb also came down and after checking it out thoroughly we discussed all my options. Mind you, my equipment is 17 years old and has been babied for 2 years to keep it running. The same day he sent me 5 estimates on units with a good explanation as to what each unit offered. I made my choice and he ordered all the equipment. We agreed to them coming Wednesday because I had already had my roof scheduled to be replaced Monday. Caleb gave us a portable AC unit to use until they came to replace our AC. He said I have two more if you need them. We were perfectly comfortable with the one he lent us. They showed up like clockwork on Wednesday. The old equipment was on its last leg. The pad our old unit was sitting on was all cockeyed. They took a sledge hammer to it, cleaned/leveled the area, and set the new pad and AC unit on it. They cleaned everything up exceptionally well. We absolutely love our new AC and everyone that had a hand in doing all the work. People in our neighborhood driving by stopped and said Always There Air and Caleb replaced their AC’s and they were extremely happy. A lot of them said they had 2 units, so I feel extremely fortunate I only have one. If you need AC work done, Caleb is the Owner and is the man to call. Super honest, great family, and quality work. You won’t be disappointed!

I cannot say enough good things about Always There Air. During the winter storm over the weekend, when most companies wouldn’t even answer the phone, Caleb Gilbert, the owner, was the only person who picked up my call — and that call was at midnight. That alone says a lot.

Caleb and his tech Abiel came out and were incredibly professional and honest. Abiel gave me solid advice, explaining that my unit was about 15 years old and on its last legs, and recommended replacement — but with zero pressure. Instead of pushing a top-of-the-line system, they suggested a unit comparable to what I had before, a Lennox 19 SEER, 3-ton system, which I really appreciated.

They came out to inspect the unit on Sunday and had the entire system fully replaced the very next day, even with the weather conditions. The install was clean, efficient, and clearly done with pride and attention to detail.
