Mid-Cities A/C has always and does and excellent job for me. Their service technician, Jonathon, is the consummate professional - knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. I highly recommend them.

We have used Mid-Cities Air Conditioning and Heating for over 6 years and have always been extremely happy with their customer service, installations and very fair and reliable tuning services. They are responsive, on time, respectful and reliable. Between helping us keep old units alive, to replacing 4 units (which required replacing), in two different houses, everything has gone smoothly. Very knowledgeable staff that goes above and beyond to make sure we are getting only what we need and nothing extra unless we are requesting it.

Anytime we have had an issue with our untis it has been handled in short order and we are left with confidence that everything will work as intended. There hasn't been a situation where they have left our house and not been able to correct our issue and make sure we are comfortable in our home.

The Mid Cities technician was prompt, knowledgeable and honest. I had a job done on another property I own in Irving by One Hour A/C service and it seemed as they were most interested in charging me as much money as they could. They wanted to sell me a new unit. I wish Mid Cities A/C would come to Irving.

Great experience from start to finish. Another company kept pushing me off for 3 days. I finally called Mid-cities and the dispatcher was friendly and pleasant. They got someone to me in two hours! When the tech showed up he was professional and pleasant, he educated me on how to deal with this problem should it happen again, and got me up and running quickly. And it was reasonably priced! Definitely my new HVAC company.

Jonathan was awesome! Originally I filed through my warranty but the company they use had terrible reviews. Mid-Cities on the other hand had great reviews and the service fee was less than the warranty company. They were responsive, on time, and very professional. He explained and checked everything and now I have ac again!

Updated on 6/15/25 Jonathan came out to my home again to fix the AC. He called me at 7:00 on a Sunday morning, on Father's Day and was at my house in less than 30 minutes! He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. It was a part that Mid-Cities replaced and was under warranty so he fixed it at no charge. I signed up for their membership program because they consistently provide great service and help the longevity of my unit.

Zach and his crew were very neat in the installation, we felt we finally had an honest a/c company explaining their product, program, and warranty, no pressure, and a good price!

The AC was not cooling properly. The technician came by and found the issue immediately. He fixed it and didn’t charge me, since I had them install a new system a few years ago. Their technician is up front and honest. It’s a family owned business, and I call them anytime there an issue with my HVAC system.

Hands down they have my business moving forward. Being a single mom, I get the run around from many companies. They gave me suggestions how to solve my AC issue before even scheduling an appointment. No one does that! They arrived within an hour of my call and fixed my AC - good price, no scare tactics, friendly, and professional. I will be adding their number to my contacts!

Excellent service, they said the technician would be there at 7am and he sure was! Done in about an hour and had all the necessary supplies with him and helped out so much!

AC quit working Sunday pm. I left Mid Cities Air a message online that night. They called early Monday morning, and came out mid morning to do the repairs. All completed and AC running nice and cold by 11:00am.

Regular maintenance on both a/c and furnaces have been beneficial. When one company told me I needed a new a/c Mid-Cities it and gave me years more life on the unit.
Technicians have always been polite, knowledgeable. Their annual maintenance package is well worth the money, and provides prompt repairs if something goes wrong.
